Domino's Pizza

I ordered online for delivery at 9:10pm. I live 6 minutes away from this dominos but received my order at 10:30. I ordered a medium pizza and 8 wings. My order sat at the store being "quality checked by an expert" for almost an hour. I called the restaurant and didn't get an answer. My girlfriend calls them and they responded with "we only have 3 drivers and they have a lot of orders." On top of that my food was cold and the sorry excuses for wings (over a dollar per wing by the way) were rubbery and not sauced all the way. I also didn't receive the sauces that I payed extra for. The only saving grace of this entire ordeal was that my delivery driver, Antonio, was very nice and had change on hand.

Horrible. Antonio was our driver and he sat at an apartment complex for 31 minutes while delivering our pizza. We live 5 minutes away. He was most likely smoking pot and ruining our pizza, letting it get cold. We ended up canceling our order. Extremely disappointed. We called customer service and they were acting like they didn’t know anything and extremely unhelpful and rude. Do not order from here.

this store a zero I called a 10:30 for the special they said can you hold for a second? It was 1130 when I hung up tried and call back. No one answered. I called back four times and they close at 12. This is ridiculous. I had children feed and it was unprofessional and yeah y’all get a zero. Because they didn’t have to put me on hold and then stop answering the phone

I don’t appreciate spending $27 dollars on my order to not get something close to what I paid for. I ordered a medium pan double pep and didn’t even get a regular amount of pepperoni! Instead I got one of their 2-topping pre made left overs from the Super Bowl. I’ve worked in the pizza business so I know exactly what they did. They prepare pizzas with pepperoni spaced to add a second topping, a regular pepperoni only pizza should be covered in pep. Damn shame because the driver was great. I’m not going to wait for another pizza or bother to go get the cash I paid with back, thus I’m stuck eating overpriced crap.

This is the WORST dominoes I’ve ever ordered from! They argued me down about a policy THEY came up with a timer started and said if they’re not out by 3:33pm we’d get a free pizza or 20% off I didn’t even know they did that, the timer started he came out at 3:34 and argued me down about how I did something wrong when I just tapped “here” for curbside delivery when I got there! Then when I got home they gave me very old pasta! I’m DISGUSTED with this place they literally don’t care about making people SICK! This whole place should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! As you can see they have a habit of horrible service with prior reviews! Will be reporting to the bbb!
