Found a cooked insect embedded in my food from this location. I actually bit into and partially consumed it before realizing what it was. I reported this immediately to the store and corporate and submitted photo evidence multiple times. The store offered two free pizzas. That is inadequate and ultimately unusable. I also requested multiple times for this to be escalated to a district manager and was told I would be contacted, but never received any follow-up. It has now been over a month with no resolution. This is a serious food safety and public health issue that warrants management’s attention. Instead, this location has demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and follow-through, which is extremely concerning.

The delivery driver in a Blue Mazda CX-30 pulled out of the road into the street right in front of my almost causing a collision with my vehicle and then proceeded to drive so slow in front of us so we couldn’t pass! it seems these delivery drivers already have a history of being horrible based on these reviews. Dominos needs to do something because this simple recklessness can lead to dangerous consequences.

Terrible customer service delivery driver pulled up to my house and just started laying on the horn for about 30 seconds multiple times instead of calling me or knocking on my door then when I come outside and ask why he's honking he says I don't work for you I do what I want. This guy needs to be fired immediately before he realy gets into it with someone

My delivery person Christopher is very rude the last two times he has delivered my pizza. He does not greet me or say anything at all when I answer the door to get my order. He just has a frustrated look on his face with no interaction with me at all other then handing me my food. I hope this young man learns that he has a job to do and the least he can do is smile at his customers. I always give a tip as well so I don’t think it’s related to that. The food was very good though.

I guess common sense is no longer common. I mean if you're making a delivery knocking is what a normal person would do so the person you're delivering to will know the pizza has arrived. Please train the man or woman that makes deliveries to do so. The location doesn't strike me as one that really cares about reviews or ratings . The staff here is absolutely 🗑️
