We always come to this dominoes, and we never have no issues. Now, all of a sudden they're service has been declining and we are very unsatisfied with their Pizza and making their pizza. I've ordered it twice and they have been cutting the hand toss in square style like a thin crust. I finally went up to them and asked them, why are they cutting my Pizza like this? And they're blaming the app, saying that we selected square type. We have never selected any square type cut for hand toss Pizza. For thin crust we could understand but not for a hand Toss Pizza. I went up there and asked them and all they can say is oh you asked for it square. And I never clicked on anything on the app before. Very disappointed

It used to be a decent pizza spot to order and it would be ready pretty quickly. The last few times I have order, it has taken them 45 minutes to get the pizza ready for pick up. This is crazy. Management do better. You have kids working here who don't care for customer service, professionalism or quality.

Ordered in the app & the eta was 12-22 min for my order to be ready. I was there in person & waited over 40 min for my pizzas (3) only to find out 1 of them was made incorrectly. Employee told me it would be another 10-15 min for them to make another. Asked for a refund & they didn’t even apologize for the mistake. In the 45 min I was there, there were so many boxes of baked pizzas everywhere & employees just kept opening & closing the pizzas looking very confused trying to find orders. Look a bit chaotic & didn’t seem like there was a manager on staff assisting.

If I could Rate -1 I would! Well, I haven’t done one of these in a long time, which speaks to the horrible service I received. I went online to order a pizza for my children after a long day. After waiting for over an hour, I decided to call the store. I was first told that my order was on its way. After waiting another 20 minutes, I called back and was then told that my order was headed back to the store because the driver claimed they knocked on my door and no one answered. Mind you, I was sitting in my living room the entire time—no one knocked. Now John is on the phone and not making any sense. Then Sam (the assistant manager) got on the phone and stated that a refund would be sent to my card within 48 hours, or he could send the delivery driver back out with a cold pizza. I really can’t believe this.

Pizza came cold and i tried getting a refund, wasn’t able to talk to a real person and finally just accepted the coupon they gave me for 20% off my next purchase. I like to order the 6.99 medium pizzas deal. I can’t even use my coupon with that deal because then id get two deals or something like that. So not only did i pay for cold pizza I cant even use their coupon without buying what i dont even want. Thanks a lot dominos you garbage franchise.
