I did a drive-thru pickup and my order wasn’t ready on arrival, which was fine. However, when I received my pizza, the employee sneezed immediately before handing it to me and did not pause to sanitize or change handling. This made me uncomfortable from a food-safety perspective. I don’t think there was any ill intent, but better hygiene practices and awareness would go a long way. I hope management addresses this for future customers. Pizza was good and customer service was good.

First of all I spent 25 minutes on hold to make my order and asked for extra sauce on my wings as I always like extra sauce. When I got my wings they had two or three little bitty squirts of sauce absolutely no effort whatsoever to make what I ordered look like the picture but I had already thought of that before and ordered five and a half dollars worth of extra hot wing sauce cups. But why should I have to pay almost $6 just to get the wings to even look like what they do in the picture when I called back I was on hold for 15 minutes before I was knocked off the cue before I even got to talk to a person so I called back and it was 34 minutes before someone FINALLY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND THEN ARGUED WITH ME BUT I'M THE ONLY ONE THAT'S COMPLAINING! TALKING OVER ME TALKING BACK AND ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER FOR THE CUSTOMER! I'VE WORKED THE PIZZA INDUSTRY FOR ABOUT 6 YEARS 3 YEARS AT PAPA JOHN'S A YEAR AT DOMINO'S AND ABOUT SIX OR SEVEN MONTHS AT PIZZA HUT!!!!! I KNOW EXACTLY HOW EVERYTHING IS MADE! THEY TOLD ME IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MADE WRONG BECAUSE THEY MAKE IT LIKE ... AND THEN TRY TO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THEY MAKE IT!!! I KNOW EXACTLY HOW IT'S MADE HOW IT'S PUT ON THE TRAY HOW IT'S POPPED IN TO AN OVEN VIA CONVEYOR BELT AND COMES OUT THE OTHER SIDE AND IF YOU WANT IT WELL DONE YOU PUSH BACK A LITTLE BIT IF YOU WANT IT UNDERDONE YOU PULL IT OUT EARLY.... I'M NOT STUPID! But I can't get a single word in cuz he's talking over me and I'm like GIVE ME A MANAGER! AND SHE TALKS OVER ME TOO!!!! AND TALKS BACK AND HER IDEA OF TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF THE SITUATION IT'S JUST TO STOP TALKING AND PUT ME ON HOLD!!! RUDEST MOST DISRESPECTFUL EVER AND I PAID $6 ALMOST $6 EXTRA..... FOR SAUCE!!!!! Tell me if these two pictures look the same?! Does that look like even the normal amount of sauce let alone extra sauce?! I asked for extra cheese and I think they read over that part. Hot Wings need to be cooked longer. They were soggy. Garlic knots were good. Service was excellent. I’ll give them another try in the future to see if they can improve their quality of cooking.

I ordered a 4 topping pizza for pick up. The worker inside who helped was pleasant and stopped mopping to attend to me. She washed her hands to handle my pizza box which is appreciated. Considering they were just mopping the store smelled a little weird, like yeast. I know pizza uses yeast but there was no other smell, not of pepperoni or ham or sausage. I know it's something odd but it stood out to me. THE IMPORTANT PART: the pizza was bad. It was so dry. I asked for extra cheese and I almost feel like they misread it and subtracted cheese. There were a few slices where it was just sauce, meat, and veggies, which were falling off because there was no cheese. I usually have a lot of tolerance for pizza but this was just not good at all.

Highly disappointed in this dominos location, not sure if management changed or what but for the last few orders have been trash . Pizzas been overcooked for last three orders ive had delivered plus I tip online .
