It's been a long time since I've been to Domino's because of a bad pizza a couple years back. BUT, I must say that they have totally redeemed themselves. My deep dish pizza was absolutely delicious! I would recommend them to anyone who hasn't tried them in awhile.

Handmade pan pizza is always good. I love it! This location seems to have the most difficult time being consistent on other things. For example, tonight I placed a carryout order using the app and shortly after taking my money I'm notified my order has been canceled. No explanation or error code or anything other than the store phone number which is in my experience the last couple of years, by far, like 95%,; where employees place the blame for which ever annoying challenge they are suffering due to whatever true issue/problem is being overlooked or perhaps deemed temporarily acceptable due to some extenuating circumstances and if so by now it's grown several layers. In any case, I apologize for any negative connotations. I received a notification to do this review and I honestly was going to ignore the fact that I have to drive up to the store since phone is not able to do it's job for whatever reason and no direct form of communication via the app to resolve my canceled order issue. When I arrive I have been on hold for over 12 minutes and the female voice rapidly repeating the same 2 or 3 short sentences has me gratefully thanking God for small miracles and a seemingly annoyed or perhaps overwhelmed employee comes out to see what I want to which I am informed that there is no carryout option available tonight which makes absolutely no logical sense to me since I paid through the app which evidently is not dependent upon the phone service and then canceled while not answering the phone essentially forcing me to drive there to resolve my order being canceled and then telling me you are unable to bring me a pizza through the door you are standing in while quite easily delivering me instead this unintelligible and foul nonsense that I must place my order in the app again as I am standing just outside the store and have it delivered in which not only will ibe charged a second time and have to wait a week for reimbursement but now my order has increased by $10. No clue what could lead to this bizarre sequence of events but I have grown accustomed to seeing some form of catch up or recovery in progress most times when picking up my orders. In any case, thank you all for doing your best as each new day seems to come together with another challenge sometimes annoyingly familiar and other times baffling yet somehow engaging. On 12/31/2025 I placed an order through Uber eats with this location.! I was at work and didn’t have access to my phone after placing the order for my little brother who was home. When I got off from work 3 hours later I have received 2 missed called from the dominos delivery person as well as my little brother who thought someone stole our food.. one of the voicemails that the delivery driver sent said she called 7 times when I only received 2 missed calls from them informing me to meet them at the front of the apartments to receive my order .. on the uber eats app I put all the information to getting into the apartments .. I haven’t in the past had an issue with them dropping at my door in broad day light.! If I would have know this prior to ordering I wouldn’t have ever ordered from them .. they provide their own delivery through uber eats.. I had left a tip prior to not receiving my delivery.. I called uber eats requesting a refund they said that they cannot provide it .. so I go to call the store and they said they they where going to process the refund and it’ll take the 3-5 business days.. which I waiting for and NEVER RECEIVED.. I am highly disappointed in the service I’ve received as of recently and will no longer be ordering from dominos on uber eats .. I’ve gone to call the store more than 3 times trying to get in contact with the General Manager and every time I call she is never there to assist or answer any of my questions.. it shouldn’t be hard for me to get a refund for a order I never received!!!! I NEED MY REFUND ASAP!!

According to Dominoes add on television, their pizza was supposed to be half off. I ordered a medium pan pizza which I was told was $19.__. I paid $10.83 for a medium pan pizza. I could have gone to Pizza Hut and order a large 3 topping pizza for $10. Dominoes advertisement is a falsehood and deceptive!!! Mrs. Ash

The assistant manager Joe Guzman sold us bad pizza. He refused to remake it or give us our money back. These are supposed to be pan pizzas. The crust is not even thick. It looks undercooked and the bacon is burnt on the pepperoni pizza. He said he knows they are good because he made them. He wasted our lunch period and my money
