These are the type of people who don’t wash their hands after using the bathroom when making your pizza…. My order was an hour late, just like the others who reviewed. They are understaffed and only deliver once they have several other orders and do it all at once, THATS why it takes so long. The food showed up with a damp box (because it had steamed itself out over the hour), and the delivery guy was sweating so bad his wet handprints were on the box. On top of all that, I got a regular cheese pizza that was supposed to be a 2 topping. Good thing I used Uber Eats and was instantly refunded, because I can guarantee this guy wasn’t coming back, nor would I want him to. You’ve been more than warned. Order somewhere else.

Don’t even waste your time. Didn’t think that I would have had to look at the reviews before ordering. I ordered my pizza at 2:25 and didn’t get my food until 3:55 and crazy part about it is I only live 2 minutes and my pizza still got here cold it just feels like a rip off they even see they cut the pizza wrong and still said hmmm good enough they lucky I wasn’t there would of smacked it back on that counter and most definitely got my money back.

Idk why I even bother ordering from this location considering the fact that I always have an issue when I order from this specific location. I placed an order and it said it was delivered yet it never was. Tried to call no answer. As soon as y’all open in the morning I need my refund issued immediately. I should be issued a store credit as well due to the constant disservice from this location. However my main concern is getting my money back for my food that was never received. Y’all seriously either need to hold Yall employees accountable or there needs to be a look into management. Do better!!!

I had a very disappointing experience ordering from the Domino’s on Cullen. I placed an order and paid about $30, including a tip, yet my order has not been received or even updated in the system. What’s even more frustrating is that the store has been completely non-responsive. I have called multiple times and no one answers the phone. When you are waiting on an order that you already paid for, the least a business can do is answer the phone or provide an update. To make matters worse, Domino’s customer service has not been readily available to address this type of delay, and the support channels appear to be closed on the weekends. That leaves customers with no real way to resolve issues when something goes wrong. At this point, I will be contacting corporate and working with my bank until a refund is issued. This situation is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will never order from the Cullen location again, and honestly I will be hesitant to order from Domino’s at all in the future if there is no reliable way to speak with a live person when a problem occurs.

Put order in at 8:52pm. Said they handed it to me and delivered at 10:13. Wouldnt answer the phone after over an hour of waiting. Drove to the store and they have the doors locked two hours before they close. Other people looking for their order showed up. One of the delivery drivers appeared to be delivering pizza out of the same van he was living out of. Never ordering dominoes again.
