Delivery guy Wallace was super friendly. Delivered pretty quick. Ordered a sandwich and salad. That was good. Order wings and they were nasty and soggy, like they boiled them and just threw the sauce in!!

I never really have problems with this location other than they don't know how to properly and evenly cut the slices. Typically I don't care but I order half with meat and half cheese. It would be nice to not have to pick toppings off the cheese side. I always use a deal and pick up in store. The ready times are way off but I just leave a little later. The staff is super friendly and there is even one employee who tells you to have a "blessed" day. Its a chill experience for a $10 pizza.

I don’t know what is going on at this location, but whatever management system is in place clearly is not working. For the past three orders in a row, my order has been incorrect every single time and this has happened whether I ordered through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or directly through the Domino’s app.I don’t order often. I intentionally wait a few months between orders, thinking maybe things have improved. They haven’t. If you are considering delivery from this location, DO NOT waste your time or money. They consistently send the wrong order, and I truly don’t understand how hard it is to read a ticket, match it to the correct food, and deliver it to the correct address.What makes this even more frustrating is how these mistakes are “resolved.” Instead of correcting the order in good faith, they issue a “free medium pizza” coupon that forces you to spend an additional $10+ (plus delivery fees) just to use it. So your options are: 1. Eat food you didn’t order, or 2. Pay more money and HOPE they get it right the next time, which, based on experience, is unlikely.Gone are the days when you could call a pizza place, explain the mistake, and they would simply fix it. Now you’re given a digital coupon that still costs you money for THEIR ERROR.I genuinely wish this location had never opened. If I had the option to choose which Domino’s fulfilled my order, I would alwayS choose the Airline location. I’ve never had an issue with that store. This one, however, is hands-down the worst Domino’s location I’ve ever dealt with in Houston.If you are bold enough to order from this store, ONLY DO PICKUP so you can check your order in front of them, because they clearly do not care about delivery accuracy. I even confirmed with the delivery driver that they are simply handed a ticket and told to deliver whatever is given to them, which means the issue is happening inside the store. At this point, the entire staff and management need to be reevaluated. If I could give this store zero stars, I WOULD!!Issuing a coupon that requires customers to spend additional money to correct your mistake is not accountability, it’s passing the cost of your error back to the customer.

Raising rating, as customer service has been better of recently. Though if you place a multiple topping order you may find one topping has been missed, such as the hot buffalo sauce. Though thanks to the delivery insurrance, was able to get a cup of buffalo sauce delivered no charge just by contacting customer service. Pizza may occasionaly be a bit dry due to being in the oven a tad long. But on average it should be as expected, pretty good.

Domino’s had a free sauce deal that wasn’t working in app and after consulting with the worker, who knew about the deal going on mind you, decide to antagonize me like I was attempting to get over on them pleading to give me free sauce. Trash in the parking lot and dirty inside. Avoid this one.
