Waited over 30 minutes for a remake that still never came out! Poor communication across the kitchen, and nasty customer service from the hispanic girl cutting the pizzas. Only person helpful was the hispanic male manager who was wiling to upgrade me and offer a drink. Smh she must be reprimanded based on other reviews.

I got harassed twice by people on the street for money on my way to this store, on top of a small gaggle of children playing around on e-scooters and bicycles right in front of the store. Then when I go in to pick up my order, I approach the desk and I say hello and that I'm picking up an order to go but then both employees who were 5 ft away from me just continued working and acting like they didn't hear me. So I had to raise my voice and the one with two wireless earbuds in his ears looks at me like I'm the one being unreasonable. Finally I got my order to the hotel and these people didn't even cut the pizza right

Pick up experience was ok but I didn't think I needed to check my pizza if it had pepperoni!! And I paid extra for an extra topping and didn't even get what I paid for!! Do better!!!

Negative scores deserved for this store. 2nd time with massive wait tines. 1hr35mins today after order email said 33-47mins. Sat in quality control for almost 1 hr of that getting nice and cold. Literally live .5 miles away. Pizza had to be heated up. Definitely done with dominoes.

I placed an online order. Someone from Dominos called me and asked if I could pick up my order because she was alone and didn't have anyone to deliver. I could not for I was at work. Later I received an online message.. We are sorry your delivery didn't work out but here 's a coupon for a free pizza. I was charged for the pizzas. I sent online message and the chatbot was useless. I called the store and 3 days later no refunds or calls.
