as of today my mother decided to order through the phone and the lady that answered was rude and hanged up on my mother, so i called back and i told her to not rude and just hang up on my mom, if you dont want to do your job then you should not be working customer service simple as that. I hope to not get my pizza looking like trash like they always deliver them. it used to not be like this before but now they have rude people working there.

I've done both pick-up and delivery. Doesn't matter. It's the SLOOOOOOWEST place. Not sure what the deal is. They're not particularly friendly, but not rude. Pizza is fine...typical Dominos. But if you're ordering from here, completely disregard any timeline you are told or see anywhere. Plan for a MINIMUM of ONE HOUR! Minimum! No lie. Every. Single. Time. Place your order and do something else for an hour. Give yourself a pedicure! You've got time.

This is how my pizza got delivered. Tried to call the store and they just pick up and hang right back up. I always tip 20+ bucks. Second time I’ve ordered from this location; First time they just forgot the condiments. Won’t be ordering from Dominoes chain again. Have never had good experiences with them. Pro-tip for delivery drivers: don’t carry the delivery bag vertically.

I ordered delivery for the first time from this store on October 19th. My ticket even told them I was a new customer. The driver did not knock on my door or ring the doorbell. I had no idea my pizza had been delivered and it sat outside for several minutes. I did not have a tracker on my phone either. It was supposed to be contactless but they could've done more to ensure I knew when my pizza was there. I ordered a medium hand tossed pizza with extra pepperoni, half black olives, light sauce, light cheese. The first noticeable issue was that I did not get extra pepperoni, the slices were extremely uneven and lopsided, the black olives covered the entire pizza. None of the slices on the pizza had been sliced all the way through I could pick up the enture pie and it held together (see picture). Also there was a regular amount of cheese, there was barely any sauce in the middle of the pizza but heavy sauce on the edges. I used to be a shift manager for a dominos pizza a few years ago and we were not trained to make such sloppy pizzas. I know how many pepperonis go on a regular pizza and a extra toppings. There are literally pictures on a card that show you what it should look like, same for light cheese, & light sauce. On the other hand I ordered the 5 cheese mac & cheese and 32 piece parmesan bread bites, both of these were delicious. They were so well made. The parm bites were perfect. Because both of these items were so good I was excited for the pizza, but I was quickly disappointed. I could only eat one slice. It was gross & not what I ordered. Upon review of the other reviews this store in particular seems to struggle with correctly fulfilling orders.

This location is absurd. I'm currently waiting on a pizza i ordered an hour and a half ago. I've been on hold for 3 minutes while they "look up my order" The order before this, our pizza was smashed. I contacted corporate and they credited our account for the amount we were charged. I tried to order from the website and the credit was not showing up. So I called the store and they said I would have to use the app. So I downloaded the app, and it still didn't work. So then I called the store and said I'll just order over the phone, and asked if we could do one of the deals that was online. They said they can't do that. I gave up and just ordered normally, no deal. Now as I type this, I've been on hold 6 minutes. I'm sure they lost the order or something. Order was made at 7:32. It is 8:49 now. Insane. There is one guy there that sounds professional but anyone else i interact with sounds like they've never spoken to a person before. And we're now 8 minutes into being on hold Edit: SO I called again and they told me the driver delivered it to a man. That man was not me or at my house. I called back and they said they will remake it and add some bullshit appetizer too and they would deliver it. I told them not to deliver it, I will come get it myself. I go to the store and absolutely no one says a word to me about my troubles, including the girl who would answer the phone, struggle to do anything, and then say "one second" and either leave me on hold and walk away or just set the phone down and walk away while I listened to the store. And you would think the store would be in an urgent state, but they're just standing around joking and laughing. Hilarious how un-serious people can take a job, even if it is just pizza (I worked for pizza places for years and took far more pride in how I conducted myself. Will not be ordering from this spot ever again, and will tell others to avoid it as well. -5/5
