Ordered using the APP at this location for the first time. I inadvertently made a mistake on my order so I called the store. They were very polite, professional and helpful in correcting y order. The delivery was fast, the food was hot and delicious. The delivery driver was very warm and appreciative. Overall outstanding customer service l.

Burned philly cheese steak pizza. Terrible. Called to let them know, they offered to replace it. Question that I have is how do you even box a pizza like this? Then was replied to and asked to email owner directly, and came back as a bad email address.....

Team BAM should be ashamed. You asked me to email you and your email bounces as not deliverable. Brian Bailey, Team Bailey, and/or Team BAM should look into the GM Anthony. He charged me after he stated he would not. When I noticed the charge I called the store. He was not available. I spoke with a young lady. I believe named Anita or similar. Asked to have him call me. He still has not. Team Bam should be embarrassed. Thank you, Robert Saturday night 9:00 ordered two medium pizzas. 9:54 wondered where thr pizzas were that showed on the tracker they should have been delivered. I called the store and was informed the driver had taken them to another delivery location and they were back at the store... they offered to deliver those now cold pizzas... I said no, I wanted them remade... 10:30 there tracker says they have been delivered... they had not. The driver gave them to my 80 yo next door neighbor who was nice enough to bring them over... I contacted the store and was told via phone that I would not be charged. Three days later they charged me for this fiasco of cold pizza. Thanks!

Nice area. Clean building, neat and professional staff. Wall was clean and up to date. Pizza was hot, well cut, and well made. My pizza was made in a clean kitchen by the look and smell of the place. No visible dust, and windows clean. Parking lot was clean and markings were easy to see. Staff smiled and used soft tone for soft spoken patrons. Very mindful, very demure. 1 Michelin star worthy imo. My pizza order was correct and delish. Definitely worth what I spent.

Damien was very helpful let me know they were out of pasta and instantly offered a replacement he had very good customer serviceservice will definitely come back
