In a house with multiple parties, the driver got upset that his light door knocking wasn't answered quickly, and got even more upset when my nephews gave him the wrong amount. I gave him more then the price of pizzas a way to smooth things over. He proceeded to yell his frustrations in the middle of the night. I've tried to contact the store but will not answer my calls.

Horrible customer service. This location has made mistakes on my orders multiple times and knowingly. Once I had one of the staff members finishing my pizza I always get no garlic oil on the crust and I was already waiting for my order and they realize they put it when it said not to and said “they won’t notice” I was there and let them know yes my children will please remake them. Other times I have got there to pick up my order and it’s not done correctly and have to wait extra time for them to correct the issue. Don’t complain never ask for anything “free” just for them to correct it but today was the day the last straw I placed my order at 11:30 am estimate time was 11:52 am I got there 12:00pm the employee was barely working on making my pizzas 12:10 they handed them over (7 pizzas) I get to my daughters church class luncheon and notice the pizza that was ordered for her was not made correctly o head over with two pizza that had not been open or touched and let the staff know says he know what happened read the screen “wrong” asked for the pizza back I said it was back at the church luncheon but had another two I could give him back one that’s when his whole demeanor changes and states so you want it free and according to him and their “policy” needed exact pizza back and this is when I get irritated and let him know that it should be free anyways if he look up my number there should be a note he even made for a free pizza because of their previous mistakes and let him know that it was not on me that I had to return to the store and ask for a remake and I was nice about it until he gave me attitude. Do better! This location has lost a frequent customer rather drive father or order from another chain!

TERRIBLY SERVICES . Placed a order for a extravaganza pizza and what they delivered was disgusting 🤮. My mistake was not checking the order upon arrival . But I was busy and at the time we wanted to eat this is what they delivered , It was a uncooked pizza, with a melted cheese ONLY and since these people NEVER pick up the phone , after 10 times , I had not choice but to go and returned the disgusting “ pizza “ & the rest of the order to their location. Obviously I wanted my money back . Not a Pizza lover , but definitely i would not trust them again , They’re TOO BUSY taking orders , is pretty obvious they don’t check the orders before delivery. I will not order anything from that location .

Order a large Two topping pizza for 6.99 carry out. When I picked up my It was strictly only pepperoni. How ironic that the app states that your pizza is going through quality control Before it gets boxed up to be picked up. Maybe quality control should be taking the time to read the order correctly before you put it in the oven. I would like a refund for my order please and thank you !

Horrible how is this even considered wings? There’s no sauce on them and they’re all chewy. Doesn’t even feel like a real chicken.
