I never write reviews but this unacceptable. I am a frequent customer of yours. This is unacceptable. It looked like someone ate some pieces of my pizza. It came like this.

This used to be a corner pizza joint , grab a quick pizza on a busy week day. Nothing to write home about, closest to my home. Used to order online most of the time, on few occasions pizza here felt not so great. Since last 2 months or so , food here has become really wonderful. Especially on lunch,the crust and cheese are baked perfectly, never undercooked. Good chicken as well. My orders here have increased almost double fold recently. On par with famed pizza restaurants. Posting this review midst of my lunch. Got my order right everything time since almost 2 years. Staff are always courteous during pickup and car-side delivery. Delivery drivers Angel, Roy, Stephen and few others deserve a shout out. Really quick, careful with my order and always friendly, food was always hot. Thank you guys.

Five stars because you get fast, reliable service with hot, fresh pizza, a crisp crust, balanced sauce, accurate orders, and delivery that meets or beats the promised time every time.

i just moved into the area and this is my neighborhood Domino’s. i’ve gotten pizza from here twice. the first time i ever order, the pizza was great. I live a little over a mile away from this Domino’s and don’t have a car. so by default i walk to pick up my delivery. this has been my second time ordering and the experience of the food was way below par. i ordered two pizzas. After arriving home with my order and trying to eat a slice from the first box i noticed the pizza was very soft/doughy/gummy and not cooked all the way through. thinking it may have just been that pizza i continued with the second pizza and it was the exact same. i called the restaurant and explained to the employee patrick about my order and he proceeds to tell me that it’s impossible for my pizzas to be undercooked that the oven stays at the exact temperature all the time and that it’s a matter of my own personal preference and that next time i order i will need to specify that i would like a longer cook time on my pizzas and there’s nothing that they could do about it. very disappointing. i wouldn’t have minded walking the mile back there from my apartment with the 2 undercooked pizzas to return them and get replacements. i wasn’t even requesting a money back refund. just 2 fully cooked pizzas. and let me just say that i’ve ate at many dominoes for years and i’ve never had to request extra cook time on a pizza for it to be edible or cooked to completion. now i do understand that, although this may have been an isolated incident, it doesn’t mean that there isn’t an actual problem with my food, whether it be with the cooking machinery, poor employee quality assurance, attentiveness, or whatever etc. so i am left with two very undercooked pizzas, no replacement, and no refund. UPDATE: Was sent an email and asked to send them a message at support so they could fix the way below par experience. this was OVER 2 WEEKS AGO that i sent them an email and STILL NOTHING has been done to fix this. i’m under the impression the owner responds to bad reviews just to make it look like they care. this is poor business practices and just a bad look altogether.

Do you see seven (7) toppings here? My pizza did not had the chicken, jalapeño, and the beef topping was minimal at best. I highly doubt these toppings are measured. An example would be a cup of this or a half cup of that. The pizza itself tasted bland. I felt there were better pizza options besides this chain.
