I ordered three pizzas from this location yesterday against my better judgement. Why because the last time I had a pizza from this location it was delicious and fresh outta the oven, and was delivered extremely fast. So I ordered even though I'd previously stopped ordering from them because the drivers refuse to deliver to apartments even when you tip them. They will call you and ask you to come to the lobby of your apartment to get your food, and will sometimes not even call they'll just leave your deliver in the lobby of your apartment without saying anything. Because I had one good experience I decided to give them another try, and yet again they're customer service failed. I usually don't tip online, but I did in hopes the driver would come up and deliver my pizza to the door (which he did,) but this time left this note written on the back of my receipt signed by Dominos management. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and someone who sounded extremely young answered the phone, and would not allow me to speak to the manager, so I'm sure this won't be resolved. Just wanted to share my experience so others will think twice before giving their money to a company that lacks customer service. The receipt if you cannot read it say they will no longer deliver to my door, and will cancel any further orders. I've never done anything to receive this from them which is why I called to ask. Hopefully corporate will contact me back so that I can at least get a refund on the tip I left.

We were weary about ordering due to the low amount of stars but I am glad we did! They were fast, efficient, and everything was tasty! The driver called us directly when he got to the hotel and was so nice! Highly recommend!

My Domino’s delivery experience was excellent. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. My driver was very reliable, arrived on time, and was respectful throughout the delivery. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely order again.

Once again even ordering late night the staff at this location never disappoints. Thank ya’ll for always giving me a fresh pizza!!!

THIS STORE STOLE FROM ME! I’ve called over 12 times since last week. Was told to speak with the GM Charles and he was either never there or never available. I ordered one pizza and the delivery driver CHANGED the tip amount to MORE than the pizza. Driver was in a white sedan. Be careful. Do not order from here !!!
