Called inquiring about whether they offer a deep dish pizza. After asking I was rudely and promptly hung up on. Upon calling back I was told that there was no manager on duty and that I was talking to the cook. I don’t know if she had recognized my number or my voice since I did called back to back. She tried to “play” and deflect and take an order. We will be in contact with someone in charge tomorrow.

I had a frustrating experience at this location due to communication issues. There was only one employee working, and it was very difficult to place and receive orders because of a language barrier. Clear communication is important in customer service, especially when handling orders and assisting customers efficiently. I hope management addresses this by ensuring staff are supported in a way that allows them to communicate effectively with customers, or by having additional team members available during busy times. Based on my experience, I would consider other nearby options, as there are places with smoother service and better overall value.

This is the second time within the last 30 calendar days that I have gone to this place I didn't want to Simply Place complete judgment on them based on one experience well now I have had two experiences and they've both been the same first of all the customer service is lacking that's number one that is evident anybody that walks through can obviously see that and feel that however that's not either here nor there the food I got a calzone on both occasions on neither occasion were the ingredients that I ordered inside of the calzone no I don't know if they're short on ingredients and they trying to like full people I mean I really don't know I would hate to think that way but after two experiences and it being the same exact thing I ordered vegan sausage no sausage is inside the calzone on both occasions and this time in particular it wasn't even a calzone it almost look like a sub so they shorted me on that and then Not only was my vegan sausage not in there but I had green bell peppers I also had mushrooms of which they were baby one Mushroom in there I obviously would not be frequenting this establishment anymore

Terrible experience. After each item I’d order, the cashier would attempt to conclude the transaction. It was like she didn’t want me there at all. After I ordered my two calzones, I attempted to order a small salad (in which I’ve ordered multiple times coming here). She told me there was no small salad (it CLEARLY states small salad on the menu). So that was at least $8 that I could’ve given to you that I didn’t. Now I won’t be coming again…

I ordered a vesuvius pizza, it’s supposed to come with gabagool! Instead, they replaced the gabagool with Canadian ham. Very shameful to make such a grotesque substitution. I also ordered the chicken wings. They advertised as 1 pound of chicken wings. I only received 10 ounces. Can’t trust a restaurant that does that. Shame! Shame! Shame!
