I was very disappointed with my recent order. The pizza appeared to be rushed and poorly prepared, as if it was thrown together at the last minute. I ordered a pizza with cheese, chicken, and spinach, but it was overwhelmingly covered in sauce with very little of the requested toppings. Several slices contained sauce only, with no cheese, chicken, or spinach at all. This did not meet the quality or consistency I expect from Domino’s, and I hope this feedback helps improve future orders.

I honestly can't believe the franchise owner for this location is okay with leaving as much money on the table as they must be because of the poor turn around times and bad customer service at this location. This should be a top performing location, given it's across the street from a university and in a high income neighborhood. I ordered a pizza today at 4:52 and it wasn't ready for pick up until 5:50, despite the original estimate being 5:26-5:30. The staff was moving at a glacial pace. Needs new management asap.

No matter what you do, in my case ordering 3 hours ahead, the staff will not start making your order until you step in the door. I placed an order for 4 pizzas and sides at 3pm for a 6:15 pickup. When I arrive at 6:15 the staff looks at me like I'm crazy for asking for my order when I ordered it. Immediately the man at the front just says nervously that they just started making it. I would never recommend anyone order pizza here if you're looking for it quickly or on time at all

My brownie was cooked with the cookie sheet still attached to it. I called the manager to get a refund. The manager was very rude, disrespectful and refused to refund me nor replace the new brownie . She also refused to give me HR or the higher up customer service number. I was treated like an animal. and online customer support is no help either. You have to leave an email or talk to a DOT to get a problem resolved which could take days later. The people they have representing this company has no business being in a customer service environment like dominos . This isn’t the first time this exact same manager with no customer service treated her customers with no respect .

I came to this location and ordered a large veggie pizza. I've always bragged about how great Domino's veggie pizzas are, I've had very high-end Pizza and typically, it doesn't compare but the Pizza I received yesterday was dry, didn't have any sauce,barely any toppings, including cheese and on top of that, the service of the lady. In the front was horrible, she spoke super low act like she didn't want to answer questions. So It made it even worse.I will not be coming back to this location for any of my pizza needs. Very disappointing I drove twenty minutes out of my area to get this pizza and it was horrible , even my fiancee agreed.Do better
