I ordered 3 large pizzas online when I got them not only were they medium pizzas in a large box but they look like they had been shaken up my toppings were all over the box. I called up to the store and spoke to Steven who claimed he was the manager and I asked for my pizza to be remade and redelivered. He said ok and hung up. I called back and said I just wanted to make sure you were going to remake my order. I asked if he had my address and he said yes… I asked what did he have down and he hung up on me again. I called back and addressed him a bit rougher because I’m confused on why you keep hanging up on me. He was very dismissive. He then told me it’ll be about 30 minutes and the driver did deliver the pizza and knocked on the door, practically RAN away and left my pizza on the ground. This place is ridiculous and I will not be ordering from here again.

Quincy has been delivering excellent customer service for years. He's always polite, greets me by name and my food is always fresh, delicious & correct. I go out of my way to order from this store because they have the absolute best thin crust pizza. Tim is great too. Very personable and makes my food correctly every time.

I never received my order! The manager was rude and inexperienced! Tried to get him to reach out to the driver! I literally saw a car with its hazard lights on slowing down, but then pull off! My order status went from out for delivery to complete! I called the store right away to try to get the driver to turn around because I was literally standing on the front porch! Never had an issue with receiving my food from that location in over 4 years until now! I will be reaching out to their general manager as well! Very disappointed!

I paid for a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza. I got a chicken pizza with barbecue sauce. When I tried to call nobody picked up. Like I want what I paid for. I don't like bbq sauce on my hotdogs I know I don't like it on my pizza

Trying to connect with employees on the phone was very difficult because , kept getting cut off with my phone calls, plus, each time I called back, kept being put on hold for long periods of time. Not to mention, when I was able to make connections with a person, it was, at least three different people. Worst part was the incompetence of the delivery. The driver delivered to my hotel and I wasn’t notified and didn’t receive a receipt, after the representative was told, when I placed the order, that I needed a receipt. After finally finding out that my pizza was delivered to the lobby, I discovered no receipt, so called the location back, telling them I need a receipt, and was told they’d send the driver back with it. Ate my cold pizza in the hotel lobby while waiting on driver, whom never showed up with receipt. I order Dominos Pizza very often with my work travel. Total incompetence, and the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s Pizza.
