I order from this location all the time, but the Sunday evening crew really needs to do better with customer service. There’s no reason three employees should be staring at a customer who just walked in while they look around for someone working the counter. A simple “Hi, we’ll be right with you” isn’t hard. Also, don’t shout to customers from the back of the store, especially over food. Walk up to the counter and help them properly. That’s just basic customer service. And the girl boxing pizzas probably shouldn’t be wearing bulky headphones while working on the floor. It looks unprofessional. The food is usually fine, but the customer service on Sunday evenings definitely needs improvement.

Absolutely terrible experience!!! This company deserves ZERO stars. The pizza was undercooked and still doughy, and the wings were soft and unappetizing. We actually had to finish cooking the entire order in our air fryer just to eat it. I would not recommend this location at all. The quality has seriously gone downhill.

A few weeks (last week in August) ago I ordered a pizza and when I opened the pizza box all of my toppings were stuck to the box. I ordered pizza and wings last night, and I called after ordering and requested that the wings be baked twice. The wings appear to be more 'crispier' with this method. They did that (THANK YOU), but I'm guessing the paper burnt in the process. So, they put the burnt paper and wings in the box. So, now I have charred paper on my wings. Fun!! Then I open the pizza and it is burnt...the edges and cheese. I lifted a slice and the bottom crust was burnt too. Not even edible. I threw away that entire pizza. I'm just disappointed with these last two orders, completely. I wish I have a complete refund, because if they offer points I probably won't use.

I realized it’s been a couple of months since I last placed an order from here but saw the horrible reviews and thought I would try my luck anyway 😂 and I‘m sure glad I did! This particular location is very close to where I stay sometimes and I’m about to order from them again because I had a great first experience. The pizza was hot and fresh. Everything tasted good and I was greeted kindly when I walked in to pick the food up. The order was accurate. Can’t ask for much more than that. It could also depend on what time of day you order and whether you’re doing pick up or delivery, but I’ll vouch for the pick up experience and say it was top-notch. Looking forward to my next order!

This is truly the worst dominos and I try to avoid it at all costs but unfortunately it’s the closest one so I never get to take advantage of DoorDash and I lost all my rewards because I just stopped ordering Dominos since it would be coming from here unless I go out of my way to pick it up. Here’s all the reasons this place is terrible: - Pizza is ALWAYS underbaked doughy and a slop mess - 8/10 your order will be wrong - no sauce I’ll get a pizza that’s literally all raw dough and cheese - even when asked to cook it well it still comes out terrible - try to thin crust to avoid raw dough and that will come like a cracker - NEVER fully cut! I’ll have to rip my pizza apart since it’s not cut right and doughy All of these things happen on EVERY occasion I’ve tried and tried to give it a chance. I used to love dominos but this one just sucks
