I wanted to give no stars the driver was rude !!! My pizza came 1 30 minutes late cold! The pizza wasn't even a pizza!!! The store doesn't answer the phone; I've been on this phone for 45 minutes, still no answer! I need a refund!!!! The WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

Whoever is answering the phones is extremely rude and has a nasty attitude for 11:30 in the morning. My boyfriend received a call from the store number and called back because he was expecting a delivery. The woman who answered rudely insisted that he didn’t receive a call from them even though he did. She maintained her attitude throughout the minute-long call, even saying maybe he got a text instead of a call (which didn’t happen). My boyfriend said he was expecting a delivery and the employee said that the driver was “literally pulling out right now” with the same nasty tone, as if that had anything to do with the call. I typically don’t leave reviews but the interaction was so unnecessarily rude, especially for something as small as a missed call.

Not only did the Alfredo sauce taste like plastic, look at the amount they gave me. I had to pull over and spit it out. Either the Alfredo sauce was bad or someone melted plastic in it.

If I could give a 0 star I would!!! Very disappointing experience. The delivery driver from this Domino’s location was extremely rude and unprofessional. The driver used profanity and spoke disrespectfully toward both healthcare staff and a patient, which is completely unacceptable. I contacted the store manager, Adam, to report the incident. This type of behavior should never occur—especially when interacting with vulnerable individuals. I hope management addresses this seriously and provides proper training.

Every time we order something they screw it up! Went to get 10 pizzas for my daughter’s graduation today and they didn’t have them ready so now we’re late for the graduation! Apparently the area supervisor was to blame, He came in and told him they weren’t allowed to make the pizzas early.. When we complain they act like it’s no big deal. Ridiculous!
