After being on hold for 20 minutes I have to result on leaving a review. Pizzas was left on table at Hyatt Regency without notification or call. Pizza also did not have some sort of seal so when I went downstairs to wait, I see 2 boxes with q box opened & missing a slice. I am disgusted at Hyatt Regency not having a policy in place ffor guests tha ordered food & I'm even more disappointed that Domino's hours are opened & I cant get a person on the phone after now waiting 25 minutes.

I order from here a lot. And the last few times I ordered. My delivery driver always tells me she can’t delivery my order to my door because her ankle is broke. Literally every time she comes. I tip and give explicit instructions on where and how to deliver. I ordered again today because the weather has me sick and my doctor put me on bed rest. So I am physically unable to go down the steps. I asked the lady several times could she please walk my food up due to my situation (usually I just go down to get it because it’s not a big deal) what made the experience terrible was her rudeness and attitude. She got very combative and confrontational and set my food on a trash can with no lid where my disposals go. I’m completely disappointed. I threw the pizza away because on one wants to eat food off a trash can. I’m upset that this is the standard. The manager (a gentleman who eased the situation) promised me a refund. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again. See the picture below

I ordered pizza for my staff at 8:30am for delivery at 1pm. The pizza was delivered in a timely manner, however the cheese and pepperoni pizza was burnt and I attempted multiple times to contact Dominos, only to redirected to a voicemail that is full!!!! I have over 30 staff members to feed and my order should have been done correctly. I will never patron this Dominos again!! By the way, I ordered a totaled of 8 Pizzas and 4 were burnt!

Do-not-order-with-them. I'm not used to Uber Eats so I didn't think of checking here first for review. Well all the reviews and warnings are true. A pre-order delivery wait was 20 minutes. Once ordered the app said 30-45. After 40 minutes I tried to call the shop more than 7 times: no answers. I was actually with Uber Eats chat to cancel and ask for a refund more than 1.5 hours after the actual delivery. Thankfully they cancelled without trouble and I had a free pizza (which was awful anyway)... If this review helps 1 person I'll be happy as these owners shouldn't be in business.

Took over an hour for 1 pizza, couldn’t get a hold Of anyone. Finally it gets picked up, driver says he can’t find my address and it’s out of his range. It’s 10 minutes away. Driver keeps interrupting me and hangs up on me. I call the store to cancel the order and they hang up on me TWICE. Both men talking over me and down to me. I’m in the food service as well and I have a lot of patience but when 2 different men talking over me and hang up on me I’m done. I also never leave a review. Don’t ever go here.
