Never ordering from here again. Used to be fine. Food was 2 hours late and completely inedible. I never had food like this from this location everrr. My address is right near the store. Being late is one thing and fine but the driver was in a completely different neighborhood far away and you still expect the food to arrive properly. Tried calling the store to see where the driver was because the map was showing them in a completely different neighborhood far away from the store. The woman on the phone today wouldn’t even let me speak, yelled at me on the phone and then immediately hung up without me getting to say anything besides “hi I’m inquiring about a delivery order….”. She interrupted me to yell at me, wouldn’t let me speak, then instantly hung up. we looked at each other in disbelief. Food somehow arrived only 10 minutes after that call and arrived completely inedible. Raw dough, stale, cold, really weird order. The order was sitting at the store in “quality control” for over an hour before it left the store. Don’t know the reason for any of this, but if the reason is being short staffed, the customer service and food quality could have at least been better. I’ve never had anyone ever yell and hang up on me like that from an establishment before I could even speak.

My cinnamon roll things literally had no cinnamon or anything on them 😭 it was so sad and weird. Also took like an hour to arrive :( don’t usually write bad reviews but I tried to call twice and as soon as I was put on hold both times I was hung up on… so no refund for me

Inconsistent order fulfillment from this location necessitates this second review. It is unreasonable to expect customers to repeatedly encounter unsatisfactory food preparation and delivery. The two-hour replacement order wait time and seven-day refund processing period are unacceptable, particularly when considering customer hunger. The employee workload, as indicated by the phone conversation, appears to be negatively impacting customer service. Domino's requires immediate process improvement. This second review underscores the need for a full refund and complimentary order.

This is my neighborhood Dominos we use for takeout, sadly there was a hair in our pizza. I really wish they would cover their hair while preparing the food. Thankfully the bread bites were tasty and I ate those before discovering the hair. Tried to give polite feedback to the store but no one answers the phone. I’m sure it’s a reflection of the staff storage.

I ordered for delivery and the food arrived late, soggy and cold. The pizza was soggy and the bottom was stuck to the soggy box. The toppings were sparse. For spending over $41, I at least expected hot pizza. The tracker told me my pizza was delivered but when I called, I found out the driver was delivering several orders in the area and had more stops before mine. It was so bad that I have a coupon for a free pizza and have zero plans to use it.
