I'm so sad and upset I have been ordering at this dominos and they are so disappointing. I have tried giving them a try I have tried asking them politely and all I have gotten is "oh well I can't do anything about it " this is how my pizza came in mind you I ordered a half pepperoni with provolone cheese for one and a Hawaiian one (couldn't even spread the ham) not the first time this happened I ordered a pizza with buffalo sauce normal and they legit drenched my pizza in sauce. I have gone to the store in person and nothing.. this is wow. ONE OF THE WORST DOMINOES AROUND HERE ! My " driver literally arrived an hr after and I live 4 min away. While I understand there's other orders my tracker said otherwise.

Not worth it, never coming back. I’ve given them more than their fair share of chances because I’m in the neighborhood and there’s not a lot of good options for pizza to choose from. But at this point I’m done forever. They have burned me repeatedly, to the point that I will only order thin crust from them because it seems the most failure proof. Any other crust has always come out bad. (Doughy, undercooked, bad.) Today the delivery was weird, i got notified the order was 2 minutes away 10 minutes before it arrived so I was sitting outside waiting. Should have checked pizzas in front of her in the driveway, because opening them inside was so disappointing. They look like they were made by someone who hates pizza. They were not only thrown, smooshed, piled. But also like can you see how poorly/ weirdly they were cut before that happened? I’m fed up, I can’t even get ahold of the store. I will be falling corporate tomorrow for a refund. This is unacceptable.

I never had any problems with them before but this is kinda ridiculous. The pizza is 60%+ crust, not even cut. When I called to get a refund or something for this sorry excuse of a pizza they basically stopped responding and the person didn't really give me a clear answer on what they can do to help fix this issue. You guys need to do better.

Hello, I placed a delivery order from the 4763 Buford Hwy, Atlanta, GA 30341 location at approximately 5:16 PM EST on 6 Feb 2026. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, it was incorrect—and it arrived over an hour later than expected. To make matters worse, I attempted multiple times to contact the store so the order could be remade and redelivered, but the phone rang continuously with no answer. Additionally, the delivery driver had no tracking information available, which raises concerns about how deliveries are monitored. If a driver cannot be tracked, it is difficult to understand how accountability is maintained during delivery. Due to my work obligations securing a government building, I was unable to leave my post to return the incorrect order. As a result, I will now have to go out of my way after my shift to retrieve the correct item I paid for and request a refund. I’m unsure if this message will reach the appropriate person, but I wanted to formally document the experience.

Delivery drivers are great and always get the job done no matter what. The only reason service gets 3 stars. This Domino's consistently messes up my orders and this time, they made both pizzas I ordered the exact same. There's virtually no way to contact the store since they never answer their phone and I've sat in hold for almost an hour every time I've needed to call. Terrible food service, terrible customer service except for the delivery drivers. I'm never ordering from this Domino's again and warning anyone I can to stay away. Astoundingly awful.
