I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Domino’s location and I feel it needs to be shared. I placed a large order one day in advance for my son’s birthday party—four large pizzas and chicken nuggets, for about 20 guests. The order was confirmed and paid. On the day of the party, I arrived to pick up the food only to be told the order was canceled, and no one could explain why. They offered to remake the pizzas, saying it would take 10 minutes—it took 20. Even worse, one of the pizzas was dropped, so I ended up with three. The food didn’t arrive until five minutes before the party ended—leaving me with nothing to feed our guests except cake and fruit. Afterward, I approached the manager to at least understand what happened. She didn’t apologize, showed no concern, and when I said I’d leave a review, she said she didn’t care, because they get new customers daily. I was shocked. I would never trust this location again. If you have a time-sensitive event, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Domino’s. I ordered Philly sandwich , and it was completely burned. On top of that, it barely had any toppings — just cheese, green peppers, and mushrooms. Where was the steak? This was not what I expected at all. Very poor quality and not worth the money.

Approximately two weeks ago, I placed a delivery order that was incorrect. When I contacted the store, I was told they could not offer a refund, but instead provided a credit for a free pizza, which was sent to me via email and added to my app. Today, I went into the store to redeem this offer and have my order corrected. I was informed that the online system was down, which I understand can happen. However, the situation escalated due to the lack of customer service and professionalism from store management. When I asked to speak with a manager regarding how to resolve the issue, the manager refused to come out and speak with me directly. Instead, a front counter employee had to go back and forth multiple times relaying messages. Ultimately, the manager: * Refused to speak with me directly * Refused to provide their name * Refused to offer any resolution * Refused to provide contact information for a store manager or corporate office. This interaction demonstrated a significant lack of empathy, professionalism, and accountability. I want to emphasize that the front counter employee remained polite and did their best under the circumstances, but the lack of leadership and support from management made the situation unacceptable. As a customer, I expect concerns—especially those stemming from an incorrect order—to be handled respectfully and with reasonable effort toward resolution. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I do not plan to return to this location.

Ordered two specialty pizzas with the app, showed it will be done at 12:30 but didn’t get the notification, so I went in and the manager named Katie said they were too busy and will make the pizza after she done with others. I went out then got a notice said the pizzas are done after 20 minutes. I went back to pick up then Katie said oh I done know why the pizzas aren’t there and I thought I put it in the oven! Well at this point she did offer to make pizza again and free drinks but no thanks , told her to cancel and return money. This location was good but need better management. And I want to add this was only on a Monday!

This dominos consistently delivers pizzas on time and is always ready to go. They never miss the order combinations. Parking is a bit of a challenge in this area, but there is plenty right around the corner. The staff is friendly, and the place is a bit small if you plan to dine in.
