I had a delivery a few days ago that arrived over an hour late, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I spoke with a store representative named Sophie, who assured me my pizza would arrive on time. Unfortunately, not only was that assurance completely inaccurate, but her behavior on the phone was shockingly rude. She was dismissive, spoke over me, and rushed me off the call without addressing my concerns in any meaningful way. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and clearly prepared with little care. The quality was just as unacceptable as the service I received. This experience was especially frustrating because I was counting on this order as a reward for my son’s accomplishment. What should have been a positive moment turned into a complete letdown due to poor service and lack of professionalism. It is clear that there is a serious need for customer service training at this location. The way Sophie handled this situation was unacceptable, and I strongly believe upper management should be aware of how customers are being treated. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from this location again.

Good pizza, prepped and ready super quick, and my pick up order was greeted with a friendly staff member. This location has all the regular deals, and the prices aren’t mindblowingly low, but fair for the convenience. The parking lot is usually packed and has a couple suspect characters hanging out there. Delivery usually takes a while but pick up has always been seamless. There is no seating room for dine in.

Every time you place an order after choosing all items, toppings & sides, it seems like the staff race to see who can my cancel my order the fastest. It's the 3rd time this is happening. I place an order and within literally seconds - the order shows Cancelled by the store. An interesting business model indeed.

Angry to receive a severely, ridiculously undercooked pan pizza. I fail to see how they could have not realized this when they cut it. This is the most awful pizza I've ever been delivered. Even the middle of the crust is raw. Also since I'm here... Actual diced tomatoes would be so nice. So much nicer than clumps of canned stewed tomatoes or whatever it is you currently use in place of diced tomatoes. The drivers here are nice, but man I'm tired of the lack of consistency from the kitchen.

Papa John’s is way better than Domino’s. Dry pizza with so little cheese. Don’t come to this location.
