I placed a carry-out order over the phone and was told the pizza would be ready in about 15–22 minutes. I arrived at the store after 40 minutes — more than enough time — but the pizza still wasn’t ready. I was then asked to wait another 10 minutes. This was quite disappointing. If a customer calls ahead and is given an estimated ready time, it’s reasonable to expect the order to be prepared by then. I value my time, and this experience showed a lack of consideration and organization. Definitely not what I expect from a brand like Domino’s.

I love Domino's! And this particular location has never let me down. And sometimes I eat there and watch the view from the window sipping on Coca Cola and eating Hawaiian Pizza.

I order delivery and live a block away due to a physical disability, but I can tell you I love this location. Very friendly employees and drivers, always super quick and the food is always piping hot, which should be expected considering I'm super close in proximity to the store but the service is always incredible. Haven't had a negative experience yet! Today I got my order and had pay in cash and when I came downstairs, the food was on the counter. So I called back and let them know I hadn't paid, so they came right out and gave me a free pizza credit... I could have not said anything, but I believe good things happen to good people ❤️

The pizza was just okay and the portion size felt a bit small for the price. We also had to wait quite a long time to get our order. Hopefully they can improve the efficiency and consistency of the food quality.

Ordered on doordash but dominos fulfilled the order, they did the delivering and everything, not only did it take an hour, the driver was rude, he had a frustrated look on his face, when I told him have a great night he responded “yup” and then there’s PLASTIC ON MY PIZZA which my partner pulled out of their mouth. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.
