Was disappointed in the food equality that I received. The pizzas were very overcooked. My pizza didn’t even arrive whole. It was already separated like they just threw random pieces in the box. The crust on the heart shaped pizza was so hard we couldn’t even cut it. I paid $50 for my order. I really want a refund.

I ordered a specialty pizza,wings,and cinnastixs. I did not receive my cinnamon sticks and I got a cheese pizza. I can’t reach anyone to get a refund or correction because it was delivered.

I ordered a tavern pizza online and realized that I hit cash instead of credit. I called the store and paid over the phone. Then it was being delivered and the delivery person would not leave the food even though I showed where it was paid for on my bank app. Zechiarah told me she would remake the the pizza and what I received was a dry hard product. I explained that to the manager this morning and they wanted me to bring the pizza back for my refund. I have no vehicle. I trashed the pizza so I tried to get it back out of the trash. Picture included. This is not acceptable. Not everybody has to scam when there are ppl that actually work hard for the money to get trash. I will contact corporate since this location will not value customers concern. I will not pay an Uber to go bring trash back to the store.

They can't tell my where my pizza I ordered for delivery went. Over 30 minutes late and nothing. Update: the order was cancelled after watching 5 door dash drivers try to pick it up for 2 hours. Store would not answer the phone. No update on refund. Very disappointed

This has got to be the worst customer service. Placed order online, the store called said they were out of cheese sticks. Said no problem, I wanted it refunded. He said he would process the refund at the end of the night. Unacceptable so I asked for the manager. Manager says she can process a refund because it was bought online. Both people I spoke with were rude and unreasonable. Eventually they offered to send the cheese sticks that they were out of, 20 min prior. Drive an hour out of your way to avoid this one.
