I have ordered from here 3 times now & EVERYTIME my pizza was not cut through. I even called after i placed my order tonight after waiting 5 minutes listening to them talk (i had to hang up and call back) i asked them to please make sure my pizza was cut this time, it finally gets here & guess what? I have to cut my pizza myself. I would be even more mad if they delivered me a cold pizza again. Luckily it was not. The only reason why it has the tiniest slice is because i cut it MYSELF. Thats like the bare minimum of a freaking pizza.

Online order at 11:54 said delivery by 12:28 at 12:28 changed to 1:28 and when I called the store they said we only got one driver. So they expect you to wait an extra hour for your order or cancel it and wait four days for your money. No apology could care less that it affects me or the fact that I’m a construction worker and so I have to time the stuff perfectly.

You really can't beat their online coupons and carryout deals when you're looking for an affordable family dinner. The toppings were generous, but my pizza was incredibly dry because they barely put any marinara sauce on the base. It felt like eating cheesy bread with pepperoni on top. Good value for money, just wish the quality was a bit more consistent.

Terrible experience here. The workers are lazy and take shortcuts when preparing pizza. My pizza was undercooked and did not have enough cheese. The workers are pathetic and have no sense of pride in their jobs. I wish i could give ZERO stars!

Came 50 minutes after placing an order and they haven't even started working on it. The tracker has been showing "Make" for the past 45 minites. Had to cancel and go back home with nothing. Total waste of time. That's how you lose a loyal customer
