Food was burnt and dry I took the pizza back and the ‘manager’ showed zero empathy—no apology, no concern, no basic customer service. They said it would be remade, but the replacement was just as bad as the first. This is the worst service I’ve had from Domino’s in a long time. I’ve submitted a complaint to corporate and will update this review if/when I receive a response. 0/10. Do not recommend. I will not be returning.forgot to add that while I was there complaining another customer came in and just so happened to over hear the conversation and wouldn’t you know. Her order also was made wrong and the “manager” once again showed no empathy. Terrible management will literally run this place down and it’s really sad that people spend their hard earned money in these establishments to be treated like trash. ***response to the dominos rep: their was no email attached to your response Yet another disappointment 🫡

Sharnice, my delivery driver was the best and most considerate! Delivery drivers usually don’t knock at the door, which is my preference because of my dog, but it was raining and Sharnice took enough pride in her delivery as to not leave it out in the rain. She did a quick knock and made sure to hand it off to us nice and fresh! Thank you, Sharnice, for being so thoughtful! It was very much appreciated. :)

I get off my 10 hour shift just to be let down by my absolute favorite place to eat. I order at 10pm and and every minute after but each order got cancelled. Both stores that are near me have cancelled my orders when I know for a fact dominos stops taking delivery's after 10:30 but I have been ordering since 10pm on the dot. I feel personally targeted to not deliver to because I get off late. This is not the first time this has happened and it needs to be fixed.

How does it take over an hour to make a pizza!? I call to see what the hold up was, and no one answers. The pizza status online has been stuck on "make". If you don't have staff just close for the day instead of taking money from customers and making them wait for several minutes. Worst dominoes in Charlotte by far. Please avoid at all cost. This place is not worth your time and money.

The white guy on the date this is written delayed my order by 30mins because he stated he had interviewes. My food is delayed because they didn’t staff properly during lunch hours. Failed to advised me of refund and points used due to a lack of knowledge and attitude was very dismissive. I had to cancel. I’m glad I did because he was doing interviews and making food all without changing gloves or with one glove on. Even with gloves is prettty disgusting to be contaminating everything without changing them out while working alone and during interviews.
