We order pizza and hot wings and zero Pepsi to be delivered When received it was very cold not warm at all. They didn’t even call me and ask if I wanted a different drink when they didn’t have the zero Pepsi. They just sent a regular. We are diabetic so that was a waste of money.

DOORDASH REVIEW. This was your traditional papa johns location. I've ordered from here a few times and each time the service was decent... although there is one particular customer that I preferred not to interact with when I visit. But she's timetable most nights. The pizza was made the way you'd expect a pair highs pizza to be made. As far as my pickup orders...I haven't had to wait long times (5 mins or less) for the most part. And that's a good thing. And this is saying something when it comes to this type of food. All in all, I'd recommend ordering from this location!

I've been ordering from this location for years and this is by far the worst service that I've encountered with them. First, I didn't receive notification like I always do that my food arrived. It was outside for 8 minutes. Then, my order wasn't correct. The manager was great and offered to have the correct order delivered to me but it was over an hour and I had to call back to get a refund. I don't think that I will be ordering from this location again.

Update* This location has reached out to me and made me a new pizza that was delicious. I appreciate your fast actions and great customer service! I've been going to this papajohns since I moved here in 2020. I don't like leaving bad reviews because it's food and it happens but this pizza was so greasy and flimsy. When holding up the piece for the picture the pizza completely fell off the crust. The quality has unfortunately gone down over the years. Probably going to find a new location to go to if I go again. Please do better 🙏.

I always order delivery and I specifically request that it be handed to me at the front door. Several times I've had to go out 5 minutes to pick it up and I don't complain. Other times they haven't brought the drinks and I don't complain either, but today was the last straw. I waited for over an hour and they never knocked on my door. I called the delivery driver and he didn't answer. I called the store more than 3 times and I got no solution. They left the pizza outside in the open And besides being cold, it was damaged by stray cats. I think the service they gave me today was terrible.
