EMPLOYEES ATE MY FOOD! 😊 I have ordered from this location many times as a UNC Charlotte student. While the pizza is mediocre, I’ve continued to order for the convenience, but I am now willing to pay any price to order from literally anywhere else. I’ve always had issues with drivers getting lost, but I gave them grace when I lived in the dorms. Now that I’m in a nearby apartment that is easy to find on Maps and easily accessible for every other delivery service, there is no excuse. The final straw was an order I placed for two pizzas and wings on 4/15. The delivery status didn't update until 30 minutes after a supposed "attempt," yet I never received a knock, text, or call. After the store ignored my calls for 15 minutes, I drove there myself, despite having already paid a delivery fee. The employees were eager to usher me out, and I unfortunately didn’t check the boxes until I got home. To my shock, slices were missing from a pizza and several Parmesan garlic wings were gone. It is completely unacceptable for an employee to eat a customer’s food. I tried calling back today to speak with a manager and the phone rang for ages per usual until someone finally picked up and hung up on me immediately. This location’s behavior and lack of basic customer service is appalling. Do yourself a favor and drive to any other location, because this one is not it.

each time i’ve come here ive had to have my food remade. first pictures mine, seconds what its supposed to look like. the first picture is the remake after i already brought the first cheesy bread back. there’s really no quality control. and the workers seem to not really want to talk. hoping something changes soon.

They left out every single ingredient on the sandwich I paid for but couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone to try to resolve the issue. I gave up after 1 hour on hold I dont know why this location hates their paying customers. But beware they will scam you out of paid food and go out of their way to avoid accountability. Do not order from this domino's they will steal your money

Both times I’ve had order delivered the drivers have been so nice and handed me my order instead of leaving it on the ground

I ordered a pizza for my kids at 8pm. I was told it would be there within 50 minutes. No one reached out or even updated the tracker. I called afteran hour and 15 minutes when the tracker said was still being made. They said it was out for delivery. Another 20 minutes went by and the tracker said it was still being made. I called the store again and got the phone answered and hung up on. I called again and the manager said it's leaving now. The store is 2 miles away and it still isn't here. It has been over 2 hours at this point. I asked for a refund or a discount and she said only if I cancel the order??? I've been a regular Domino's customer for 20+ years. No one even tried to call me to tell me it was going to be late. She said they were short drivers when I called her. Honestly, I never thought I would see the day I would give a bad review. It's pretty rare for me to be honest. But I can honestly say you've lost a lifelong and regular customer.
