have to take a moment to give the biggest shoutout to this Domino’s location on South Boulevard—this was hands down some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was rushing to place an online order while studying for a test and completely forgot to add an ingredient. Not only did they catch it, but they called me right back so I could fix it with no hassle at all. On top of that, I also forgot to include my apartment number (because, again—stress and studying!), and my phone was on silent. Despite all of that, they still went above and beyond to make sure my order was taken care of. When I say the service was outstanding, I truly mean it. One of the gentlemen I spoke with was named Eric, and he was amazing. I didn’t catch the delivery driver’s name, but they absolutely deserve recognition too. Professional, patient, and genuinely caring—something you don’t always get these days. This experience locked it in for me—this Domino’s has my business for 2026 and beyond. Thank you all for going the extra mile!

The driver drove around for 20 minutes. Then when the food came here he said he forgot it at the store. I called the store from two different phones and they were both on hold for over 15 minutes. I guess they want me to earn my money back. Shaking my head. Don't make the same mistake.

Absolute rubbish service. Served me the wrong pizza and when I called to raise the issue - they said they couldn’t find the order in the database. Absolutely abysmal experience- do not recommend. Also Yolanda, I believe that is her name, was super rude over the phone. It was a pickup order from the South BLVD store - had ordered 2 med veg pizzas and got a non-veg one instead.

Ordered a pizza with specific delivery instructions and was waiting at the specified location. App said that the order was delivered and no communication to me had happened… shortly after we saw the delivery driver FLYING down our street. Called the store 3 different times, got redirected multiple times, each time asking the same details I provided to the previous person on the phone. They finally said that the driver attempted to call me when they got here and couldn’t reach me. They didn’t seem to care that this wasn’t true, but said the driver was coming back and would call us when she got back. She drove back to our apartment, we attempted to flag her down but she was once again, FLYING down our road and missed us. We ended up splitting up and circling our apartment to finally find her 30 minutes later and got our pizza (almost 2 hours after ordering). Will absolutely not be ordering from them again.

I have had great experiences here in the past but after my experience today I will never go back to this location. I arrived to pick up my pizza 45 minutes after ordering (online said 35 min wait) and waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes. I gave up and went in the store and there were only 2 people operating the entire store on a Sunday night.Customers in store were not being prioritized and the phone was ringing constantly without being answered. I waited another 15 minutes on my order (1 pizza). I’m really frustrated after my experience and hope that management will take steps to ensure that this store is better staffed.
