I had ordered my food about 11:30am and got to the restaurant about 11:50 am or 11:55 am. I didn’t received the pizza until 1:00pm. I went in and my food wasn’t ready So then went outside waited in car for hour I notice guys on the side of building smoking crack or doing some type of drugs because you see and hear their lighters flickering in parking and one of the guys who work come out put something trash and said nothing to the guys.You can’t believe Domino’s manager is allowing people to do this on the side of the building.The guy who handed me the pizza told me to talk to the manager on why it took so long so i did The manager tells me that she is the one making the pizzas and I don’t Iunderstand why their three guys are standing around so I get home and noticed it no garlic crust seasoning and it wasn’t a hand tossed. It’s almost like she made a New York style pizza and that’s not what I ordered. I ordered a hand toss and this is a manager who makes pizzas I promise you I will not be spending no more money at this restaurant and I advise other people not to spend their money at this restaurant. It’s hard to believe you work hard and spending $15 or $20 for some food and they treat you like this This is crazy.

I was given a pizza that was not what I ordered and when I came back to get it switched and asked if there was anything we could do, since i would have to wait another half hour for my pizza, the employee, Malik, running the register very rudely said that i could either wait for the corrected pizza or i could leave with my refund, which is pointless because i obviously want the food i paid for, correct the first time. I then told Malik that it was unfair that nothing could be done as the incorrect order contained pork that i personally could not eat. Another employee came into the conversation and kindly offered to give the correct pizza and incorrect pizza back to me for free which i accepted. Malik then says to me “i thought you said you couldn’t eat pork”, to which i replied that I had other people who could eat it, to which he says “then why didn’t you say that”, sir, there is no need for me to say that whatsoever as that is none of your business, what matters is that I could not eat this pizza. Malik had absolutely no reason to be so mad at me, with him repeatedly telling me to get out of his face after the conversation ended. i understand if the store is slammed but that is no way to speak to customer that you gave the wrong order to.

I stopped by Domino’s this evening and there was a young gentleman working completely by himself, and I have to say he handled everything absolutely flawlessly. Even while being unbelievably busy, he kept an incredible attitude, stayed professional, and continued giving great customer service to everyone who walked through the door. It’s rare to see someone stay that calm, hardworking, and respectful under that kind of pressure. He never seemed overwhelmed and still made customers feel welcomed and taken care of. Domino’s is lucky to have someone with that kind of work ethic representing their business. He truly deserves recognition for the outstanding job he did tonight.

I just want to say thank you to Talon & the rest of the crew for being there today! When I walked in, the lobby was FULL of people waiting for pizza but they handled it greatly. It was the day after getting over 10 inches of snow, they showed up & did an amazing job! Thank you guys! Thank you so much! I hope they got home safe & weren’t too tired! I appreciate this team very much.

This particular location has delivered to us before, tonight it took over an hour to get our food. Wayne, the delivery guy, was so kind and called when he couldn't find our home. No problem, he called, the right thing to do. My issue is the time from placing the order to actually getting the product. The updates on the website were not at all accurate, nor was the expected arrival time, nor were the text updates. Food was fine, Wayne was kind and courteous, but having to wait over an hour was not cool combined with the lack of accurate technology. UPDATE: 09-06-25 Gave this location and second chance. The photos show how my pizza was delivered. If you think this is acceptable, you're wrong. The delivery driver was still in my driveway. I got him and showed it to him. He was shocked. He urged me to call the manager. I did. I was on forever hold. Im asking the G.M. to get in touch with me. This store has some obvious issues. UPDATE 11.01.25 I followed the instructions above and have received zero response from Patterson Pizza who owns multiple Domino's. I have left multiple messages and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO MY CONCERNS!
