Checked the app it said 20-30 min for delivery. After the app then said my order was out and sitting there for 20 min I called as my delivery time had past. I was told it would be right here. No problem15 min or less. Waited and no pizza so the app showed it still at the shop. Called and asked. Was out on hold and the phone hung up. Called back asked for the manager, put on hold and hung up on again. Called back finally got to the manager and was told oh yes it will be there hot and good. Well after an hour it finally showed up cold, dropped at the front desk as if they knew it was cold and wrong. Ordered a Diet Coke and that was the first thing on the bill and a normal Coke was left…. Go anywhere else!!!

They delivered half of my order (1 of 2 boxes--kept my stuffed cheesy bread?) When I called immediately after the delivery, because maybe it was forgotten and could remind the delivery driver... On hold for over 22 minutes and gave up. The food that was delivered was fine though. Spend your money somewhere else so you don't get robbed in exchange for a 20% off coupon to pay delivery fees again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Domino’s location on 4/20. I placed an order at 9:00 PM Through the app the app marked my order as ready for pickup around 10:30pm. When I arrived, the store was extremely busy, and I waited in the drive-thru line for over an hour. When I finally reached the window, an employee informed me that my order had been canceled, despite the app showing it was ready for pickup. He was very polite and professional I then requested to speak with a manager, and when the manager arrived, he then aggressively stated “get out of my drive thru or I’ll call the police and threatened to call the police with out asking any questions that was the first thing he said, even though I was there to resolve the issue politely. I also asked to speak with the store owner Torah he then repeated very aggressively if you do not leave I will call the police and then stated “she’s present but she doesn’t want to speak to you”. I then asked for his name he stated he doesn’t have to give me one. I then stated is this how dominos conduct business he proceeded to say we don’t have to do what corporate does because we’re privately owned. I have video footage of this interaction, which I plan to share with corporate due to the inappropriate and aggressive behavior I experienced. I was left without my order and with no resolution. This is not consistent with the customer service standards I have come to expect from Domino’s, and I will be contacting corporate to ensure this situation is addressed. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in customer service, communication, and professionalism at this location

I had a great experience at this store given the holiday mess. I prepaid for my pizza hours before and it was ready within the time frame provided when I originally ordered it. The team was fast and efficient even though the store was crowded. Torah is doing a great job managing bc that whole team was on point.

I had ordered 2 pizzas on 4/20. I arrived at the Freedom Dr. location to retrieve my pizzas and yes it was chaotic. I was there for about 2.5 hrs before receiving my pizzas. I understand the kitchen staff was working really hard to keep up with orders. Everything was correct with my order when received. Thank You Torah for reaching out.
