Online ordering will not allow delay for pickup! So I ordered the pizza and immediately called the store to ask for a 20-30 minute delay. Was on hold for 10 minutes only to be told the "pizza is in oven". Then when picking up, observed 2 of the food preparers had long beards, GROSS! Health dept regulations require wearing a beard cover which they ignore.... Also, they forgot to give the dipping sauce on my order until I reminded the cashier. Asked for a few napkins, told had none! Got home and found my pizza was not cut! (see pic) WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS STORE? Not going back to this location...

have ordered online for pickup from this location multiple times. The app shows that the order will be ready in about 10 minutes, but when I arrive, I end up waiting much longer than that. If the preparation time is not accurate, why not show a realistic waiting time? Customers plan their time based on the information provided in the app, and our time matters.

Save yourself the time and the headache. I’ve ordered here a couple times and both times I have to call and ask questions. Ordering pizza used to so convenient. However, now, nobody seems to care… In the picture my cheese bread was in a loaf, not cut in 8slices. If I wanted a job at dominos, I’d apply…. However, I don’t!!!!

Honestly pretty solid. The delivery guy was super chill and got here way faster than the app estimated. Pizza was actually steaming hot when I opened it which is rare lol. Def stick with the pan pizza, it's the best one. Good easy dinner.

DO NOT ORDER from here. Clearly they have issues. Ordered over an hour ago. App said the order is being prepared (confirmation it was received). Called an hour later only to be told, “it’s just going in the oven now”. What a joke. So in the end it will be a 2 hr order, without any communication from Dominoes (at least the Rea Rd location). It’s not gourmet food people ! Spare yourself, terrible customer service.
