Bryanna Wright 6 months agoThis evening I ordered a medium pizza and cinnamon bread bites, and the cinnamon bread bites are quite disappointing. I did an online order pick up and waited inside for my order to finish being prepared. Once it was finished, a Dominos associate grabbed both boxes to hand over to me and he accidentally dropped the bread bites. I appreciate him for not serving me the box that dropped. I waited patiently for the new bread bites to cook. When both my items were ready an associate apologized for the wait and I was off. When I got home, I was underwhelmed by the amount of cinnamon drizzled on the bites. I more or less purchase bread bites with a drizzle of cinnamon. In the future, it would be nice for most of the bread bites to be covered with cinnamon. I waited for a mistake made on Dominos’s behalf, and paid for it with my time and money.
Nabeel Shums 5 months agoUnfortunately, after almost a year of visiting this location this was the FIRST time we’ve experienced extremely poor quality of our order. We requested “extra cheese” on our pizzas but it came without…. Not to mention the dough lost all of its life within a few minutes of bringing it home. We only live 5 minutes away. Apparently Dominos measures/weighs everything before baking your order but I guess that’s the exact, lifeless food that gets pushed out door due to corporate analytics. This was one of the few chain pizzas that still had my attention but sadly, it will be a while before I entertain Dominos again.
Derrick Conyers 2 months agoI posted a complaint on here months ago. And got a response from management on here saying they were sorry for the inconvenience and to email them. I went through the proper protocol that you asked and still to this day. Haven’t received a follow up email. Or anything. Being our local Dominos, I expect more courtesy then this. And I very concern with the way me and my wife was treated. My concern is these managers get on here and show good face by sending out a response and the customer never gets a response. I’m definitely owed that real response I don’t want any I mean any customer to have to get there food taken from them out of there hands door locked behind them. Over something that they were in the wrong for. Because all I did after that incident is went to another dominos and what do you know. (No ISSUES)
Anthony Savage a month agoSo I make a simple order, get home, and the order is wrong. So I have to drive all the way back up. Instead of them, you know, caring about the time that you just wasted driving up there initially to pick up your meal, then getting home, realizing the meal is wrong, then having to come all the way back up there, then having to wait for them, make the order again. Instead of them having a little bit of compassion, you know a half of it’s on us or you know the pizza is on us, I get nothing but a weird look they take the pizza back, make it over and give it back to me. I should’ve just asked for a refund customer service. These days is terrible and these companies wonder why they are all going out of business slow slowly.
Antoinette Haygood 4 months agoThe pizza tastes fine, but the Manager on duty's customer service was severely lacking which is the reason for the low rating. Our order was placed online & the online tracker marked it as being completed. However, when we arrived there was no order prepared and it was nonchalantly attributed to an error in the system. When the order was "found" there was no acknowledgement of the delay nor apology offered. 20 mins later when the pizza was ready, there was nothing offered for the inconvenience and when my husband inquired for such, the manager (rudely- according to my child) said "you can have a soda" after more discussion. Still no acknowledgement of the delay/wait and no hint of customer service. Unfortunate.
