Domino’s makes the best pizza! I LOVE the garlic seasoning on the crust, and my order I placed online was hot, fresh, and delicious. The only reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is that they forgot my dip cup, but the pizza was so good I didn’t even care. They looked very busy, but the staff still welcomed me when I came in and were very friendly. My first visit to this location made a good impression. :)

Waited almost 3 hours for a delivery order from this location. The delivery time kept increasing, so I called the store and sat on hold for about 15 minutes before someone finally answered, increasing with frustration but thought maybe they were extremely busy. The manager sounded completely uninterested and just said they only had one driver (clearly needs a refresher in simple customer service skills/customer resolution- very lackluster in my opinion and experience). Since the store is only 10 minutes away, I drove there myself to pick up the order. When I arrived, they told me the order had just left for delivery about 10 minutes earlier. I asked if my delivery tip could be refunded since I ended up driving there myself. The manager walked away without responding and left me standing at the counter. Another employee eventually told me the tip couldn’t be refunded separately and the entire order would have to be canceled, which could take 5–10 business days. To top it off, when I asked for the manager’s name, I was told they couldn’t provide it because of store policy. Delays happen, but poor customer service and zero communication shouldn’t. Waiting three hours for pizza and being treated like it didn’t matter is unacceptable. I wish I could post this hard cold pizza they had the nerve to still deliver me ugh!You think im dumb enough to eat this, for all inclusive know the manager could've called the driver to tell him to do something to it, little trust in this so called restaurant.Highly irritated. I will never order from here again

Idk where to even start. I've been let down by this place on many occasions, but have always put off leaving a bad review. Well enough is enough. Super long wait times for every step of the process with this particular Domino's. Today I placed a delivery order and after an hour of it being in the making step of the process I decided to call. After being on the line for 15 minutes I decided to drive there. There was only 2 people working at the time so I feel somewhat bad, but this type of stuff has happened repeatedly in my 2 years living in this area. No efforts were made to try to figure this out or apologies for having to cancel the order. I see this particular Domino's gets alot of negative reviews and its very obvious why. If I were yall, consider ordering from somewhere else to save some time, money, and patience. And if you do place an order here, do carryout to save yourself the headache of dealing with this place and save yourself some money on the delivery fee + tip. Do better yall!

Hands down, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. We ordered delivery from a location only 2 miles away while hosting a party and were specifically told the store was not busy and that the order would arrive on time. Instead, the food showed up over an hour late. What made the situation even more frustrating was that while I was still on the phone placing the order, I told the employee I would rather just come pick it up myself to make sure it arrived on time since we live so close. I was then told they could not switch it to carryout because they had already submitted the order — even though I was still actively on the phone with them when it was processed. When I called the store afterward for updates, I was placed on hold multiple times and hung up on repeatedly. The staff was extremely unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. I asked for the names of the employees and managers I was speaking with, and they refused to provide them. The hiring manager also would not provide his name or the name of his supervisor. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, which made it seem like it had been sitting or riding around for quite a while before delivery. I later found out the manager’s name is Kirby. Looking through the reviews afterward, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. Many customers mention the same problems with professionalism, communication, and late/cold food. I was also told someone would follow up with me regarding the experience, and it has now been nearly a week with no response. Extremely disappointing experience overall.
