Got 2 pizzas carry out from this location. One was veggie and one was meat. The veggie one I specifically put extra sauce and there was no extra sauce. In fact it was a little dry. The meat one was just ok. I was shocked because I love Domino’s— this isn’t my home store but I order Domino’s all the time at my location with my app and use my rewards.

Ordered online and my order never showed up. Called the store and the manager said sorry and offered to remake but it would be at least an hour because they’re busy. You would think that I would be a priority since their driver never delivered my order that I paid for in advance. I told him no, just refund my money and asked for some type of confirmation that it will be refunded. The response was that they don’t do that but it will show up in my account 2-3 business days. Hope it actually does. Otherwise, I’m out $41. Poor customer service. If they never delivered an order, why wouldn’t they make it a priority to make and deliver immediately? Update. Pizza finally showed up an hour and a half later. The delivery driver left the pizzas at the front door and took off. Got him on video. Never seen someone move so fast. The boxes had no labels on them and were not sealed. The cardboard was soft and damp feeling. Probably due to the condensation inside the pizza bag. Pizzas were obviously not eatable. Will update here if they refund my money. Ended up ordering Papa John’s and it showed up on time and hot.

I’m writing this review while sitting in the store. The cashier at the front has been extremely rude and showed zero customer service or patience. When I placed my order, I asked if there were any deals available since there usually are. He mumbled under his breath, and when I politely asked him to repeat himself, he gave me an attitude, rolled his eyes, and made a face. I chose to ignore it. He told me my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. When I came back after 20 minutes, the screen showed that my order was ready., when I approached him and said I was there to pick up my pizza, he told me to “look at the TV” with an attitude. I said that the TV said it was ready, and he responded by saying “then you gotta wait” and turned around That’s not how customers should be treated. I’ve been coming to this location for years, but after this experience, I will not be returning

We order Chicken Buffalo pizza and instead of that we have spicy chicken bacon we said them if they make again but the said we need to give back the pizza (we put on the trash before talk to the team) thanks for make to us cook😒 (we don’t

This is my family’s go-to Dominos. We order for game night, parties, and sheer laziness because who wants to cook every night? The service is impeccable and every single one of the delivery drivers are professional and much appreciated. They’ve never once messed up an order or were late delivering - and a shout out to the folks making the food - everything is always hot and fresh. We appreciate you guys and will keep using them because to be honest, they’ve spoiled us. Dominos for the win.
