Food was delivered later than quoted. No biggie, but no delivery bag, boxes wet from the rain. I ordered 2 specialty pizzas. The pan was ultimate pepperoni extra cheese. There are slices with barely 3 pepperoni on them . I get it’s the half off deal, but that doesn’t mean you skimp on the toppings. It seems no where now has any pride in making quality food for our hard earned money. Very disappointing.

Absolutely awful location! Employees are careless for their customer! Late night employee named Kricka is a horrible pizza maker with no care. Didn’t even cut our pizza nor made it with any type of professionalism and the manager Clay refuses to give me a remake or refund. Horrible location.

This was a terrible experience. The pizza came out looking like something went seriously wrong with it, the wait time was excessive, and the staff even lost my order. Completely unacceptable.

The pizza was LUK WARM!! No where CLOSE to HOT! Plus it BARELY had meat on my "Meat Lover!" Shame! I will say though, the workers were VERY polite and friendly. The pizza was just trash! 🗑️

The food itself is fine, but the location seems to be poorly managed. I got a wrong pizza on a delivery order, then another wrong pizza was sent out to replace it, then nothing else came so I had to go in myself and wait while they made the right one. They have no system for handling botched orders, so if it happens (which judging from the other reviews is frequently) you are sent into this hell spiral that you can only escape by brute force. What should happen is when an order is wrong, they call it back up, it goes to the front of the line, and it gets remade immediately. I'm cranky that I spent an hour and a half of my evening on this when I could have made a frozen pizza in 15 minutes.
