Domino’s Pizza at 4015 E Southport Road delivered the same friendly and reliable experience I’ve come to appreciate from the locations along Southport Road. Even on a busy night, the staff were welcoming, patient, and quick to help. They confirmed my order, made sure everything was accurate, and did it all with a positive attitude that made the visit easy. The store was very clean and well‑kept, which added to the overall good impression. It’s clear the team takes pride in keeping the space organized, even when the pace picks up. The location itself is convenient and easy to access, with plenty of nearby shops and places to stop if you’re running errands in the area. After my mix up of going to the wrong store, this was the correct location for my pickup order, and everything was ready right on time. After sorting out the mix‑up at the other Domino’s, it was great to arrive here and have everything handled smoothly. This location showed a high level of professionalism and kindness, making it a dependable spot for carryout along Southport Road.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I’m a frequent, loyal customer who orders here multiple times a month, so this situation was frustrating and honestly surprising. I placed an order based on an online promotion that clearly included a free slice of sauce. When I got to the store, the manager and assistant manager refused to honor it. We’re literally talking about $0.99, but instead of trying to make it right, they were dismissive and came across as rude. What bothered me most wasn’t even the cost—it was the attitude. The manager repeatedly told me he “knows what he’s talking about” and shut down the conversation rather than listening or trying to help. There was no effort to resolve the issue or take care of a loyal customer. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service over something so minor. Situations like this are what drive regular customers away. I hope ownership takes this seriously and addresses how customers are treated in-store.

I’ve gotten the same pizza twice from this location and I cannot express how nice it is to get home to see the pizza made perfectly and look beautiful. You can tell they put effort into my order and it is appreciated. Will continue to use this location exclusively!
