Had a gc to use so we decided to give them another try. They're getting 5 ⭐️ because they messed our order up but was polite and immediately made it right and redelivered the food they forgot/messed up. My husband ordered the meatzza pizza and received a cheese pizza, my son ordered buffalo boneless wings and they were forgotten at the store. They let us keep the cheese pizza which looks mouth watering actually, and when I called to let them know about the mistake it was no questions asked, no doubt. Just complete understanding and politeness. That is how customer service should be. Thanks for making the experience better this time around. Sam delivered the food, very cool guy. William made the food, not sure who answered the phone but he was very pleasant to speak with about the order. Also, these are the names I got from the app so I really hope they are correct. 🍕

The crust was cooked very well. I don't like my pizzas soft and this was done just right but I used the app and had a reward for free medium 2 topping pizza. I used that and paid extra for the large. Clicked on that and then I'm thinking wheres the option to pick my toppings. Well when I got back to work it ended up being a cheese pizza. Crust was good but not what I ordered and I didn't get my rewards for just poking around ya know! Well I filled an agreivence with dominoes about my order then got the call back from this store manager Hannah saying they will not do anything about my order since it say at the top of the receipt "2 topping medium but at the bottom it says large pizza period" so I'm just getting a large with cheese. So she's a wrong again since it says two topping but then it doesn't say cheese. You can't pick and choose what they want to be right. The cheese pizza was made good but that's all I can say. She even kept repeating herself why she's right when she's wrong both ways. I didn't get 2 toppings nor did I get just pizza period. (Meaning no cheese) Since the receipt didn't say cheese pizza. She says she the manager but where's owner or regional mgr?

I've been a huge fan of Domino's. For a long time, we just recently moved to this area. We have placed 2 orders with this store. The first order the Pizza was cooked. Fine? But jumbled all to one side of the box, the second time the delivery came with the same driver. Same issue, he needs to learn how to hold a box level and also pizzas are not being cut, right? Our last order was undercooked pizza and tots. The tater tots were not spread out so that they could cook evenly and were mushy in the middle when I told the manager Rhonda about it. She argued of me and told me that's corporate's way of cooking the tater tots. I'm sorry, but that's a lie. Because I've ordered for many Domino's pizzas and they're always spread out and evenly cooked, they never jumbled them all up in a big pile. And then piled a toppings on and serve undercooked mushy tater tots. I'm done with this store.

I placed an online order but to ensure the got made exactly how I wanted I called the store and the manager himself Will proceeded to help me craft my pizza exactly how I wanted and needless to say OH MY GOODNESS did that pizza taste delicious! Shoutout Will who went above and beyond to help make a customers day!

When I ordered my food and they delivered two cheese pizzas when I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas and then tell me I only ordered cheese even though I told the guy more than once for pepperoni this is why I don't eat out no more
