I waited for almost an hour for a carry out, hey gave my order to someone else. When asked for whether a discount or compensation would be provided, I was told sorry, we raised remade your order, thats all we can do. Im sorry. Why wouldn't that jave been a given as if they did ME a favor when THEY gave my order away. Customer service was a fail today big time.

I had the best pizza ever from this place tonight. Even though I did receive a discount from last week order that was completely wrong and that it should had been applied on my order tonight/ this morning order. It was freshly baked to perfection. OMG I was so satisfied ever. Whoever they had cooking tonight or was beyond good, made with love and it was fast delivery man yall rocked tonight. Yall get nothing but 5 wish I could give more. I'm giving ing this 1 star on every aspect. I only received window service but the food was cold and over cooker all at once. Explain that one😐The photo attached is what they pass off as food🤮

NEVER AGAIN!! I called at 9:20pmish to order two pizzas and a order of wings through the app which said it will arrived at 10pm and everything was going to plan till LITERALLY just a block before my house THE DRIVER STOOD AT THE SAME PLACE FOR 50 mins doing god knows what and when I called the store to ask about my order the lady on the phone was so rude and hung up on me TWICE and finally after that the driver arrived at my home around 11:05pm and said he got “ stuck “ which we all know it’s a lie. I recommend getting your pizza from Somewhere else !!

Now why would they cut my pizza like this? I requested a SQUARE CUT for a reason!!! Feeding multiple children. They don’t want to get the edge or I would’ve bought garlic knots. 🙄. Went from feeding 8 (SC) 2 slices a piece to 4 ( whatever cut that is) just the center 2 slices a piece.
