Horrible, horrible customer service. Falsely marked as delivered, ghosted phone calls, 2+ hour wait I placed an order through the app tonight at 7:25pm. According to the tracker app (visible in the image), the driver left the store at 8:19pm. At 9:13pm, the app explicitly updated to say the order was fully completed and delivered. It was not. When I realized my food wasn't here, I spent over ten minutes calling the store repeatedly to find out what happened, but the manager and staff completely ignored the phone lines. Ghosting paying customers after falsely marking their food as delivered is completely unacceptable. When I finally got through to someone on a later attempt after 9:30pm, the employee casually told me the driver was only just now actually leaving with my food—more than three hours after I ordered. I especially keep getting put on hold for a unnecessary amount of time. Falsely padding your delivery numbers on the tracker while leaving customers starving and ignoring their calls is garbage service. Save your time and money and order from somewhere else that actually respects their customers. If only I could give zero stars.

I ordered the people’s pizza and a custom pizza. They sent me the custom pizza all smashed and a pepperoni pizza. When I tried to call the store they did not answer and they were still open for another 10min. Finally was able to contact the store and we were told by the assistant manager(a woman) that the store manager would be in at 5pm, my husband called back at 530pm only to be told that it was the manager’s off day, he was placed on hold for over 30min and hung up on. At this point he called back again and a man answered and said they were a manager and stated that they would not be able to do anything without a General Manager. My husband told them they needed to figure it out and call the general manager because at this point we have been ignored, hung up on and lied to and he was told that it was our problem and they hung up on us again. I have officially emailed corporate customer support as it’s now after hours.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. Twice I have been called a liar and insulted to my face by staff here. Both times management felt the situation would be resolved with a store credit. Both time I tried to use the store credit I was given the run around and the second time basically told I was lying again. The front of house and drivers need a major look at. Rude. Unprofessional. And always after I’ve tipped for service! Hard hard HARD PASS. 0/10. There’s better pizza obviously, this one was simply the closest. Not worth it at all.

If I could give zero I would. I placed an order for a family member, received a call saying the driver was there. We checked no food had been delivered. I called the driver back he didn’t answer, I called the store and they basically said it was impossible he had arrived as he had just left the store 3 minutes prior. We agreed to wait, an hour goes by still no food. I call the store back manager tells me to be check the nearby houses and if we can’t locate the order they will refund it. I called back to let them no there’s no food the manager refuses to come to the phone. Has the employee tell me there driver went to the wrong house and my options are have the order remade (we’ve been waiting 2 hours at this point) or a store credit. I said neither was acceptable and I wanted a refund as I will no longer be doing business with this location. I was placed on hold then hung up on. Don’t order from this location, extremely poor customer service.

I ordered food for delivery. Order took about an hour, and when received, part of it was incorrect. I immediately called the store to inform them of the mistake. I was told they would fix it. After waiting over an hour, I contacted the store again. They eventually told me they couldn't do anything to fix the order, but could get credit on my next order. Please do not advertise delivery insurance and can't stand by your own words.
