Bring back Marcos or go across the street to little ceasers. Ordered 2x stuff crust pizza's I feel like they should have been cooked 1-2 minutes longer. The bread was not fully cooked through. Chicken wings were all mango no habanero and not crispy at all. The parmesan bites were crazy over seasoned. I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes. We then went inside and still waited for five minutes with two people in the store working. The other person in the drive-through ahead of us was given two other orders by one of the workers and asked the guy in the drive-through if one of the orders was his. And if his name was the name on the receipt to verify the order. This store has absolutely zero organization. There were also two other people that came in the store because the length of time at the pick up window who got their food before and after me almost immediately. Trash customer service and food was ok for $36.00 (see photos) no reciept on our order nor did anyone confirm other than by a name.

I used to order delivery from this location, but stopped because it'd take up to 2 hours to get my food. Today, I ordered window pickup. She told me 6 minutes and to pull into a spot, so I did. I could tell she told the person behind me the same thing. 20 minutes later, no one brought either of us our food. She had pulled back up to the window, where they were ignoring her. I decided to go inside. 5 employees, 3 of them were just doing nothing while I'm just waiting for them to assist me. Had to wait for the one guy who was busy helping the 3rd customer. My pizza was ready, they just decided to never bring it out to me. Tldr, don't waste your time at this location, go to literally any location. Little Caesars is right across the street too.

Well, this is the last time I will go to that location. I will drive out of the way before supporting someone that is going to charge $1.50+ tax on a cup of dipping sauce that used to come free in the box. And not to mention if you order something like hot wings that used to come with dipping sauce well that ranch or blue cheese will now cost you money as well, Let’s not even get started on if you want harmed bites or any kind of bread and want the cheese that used to come with it for free as that now cost you also and the cheese is $2.00plus tax. Will give you a pizza for six dollars but we’re gonna charge you two dollars for cheese if you want to dip it. I will find a different pizza establishment to support from here on out that’s for sure!!

The food is decent 90% of the time my biggest complaint that seems to be a trend now ( meaning it has happened EVERYTIME recently) is the delivery driver putting the pizza boxes on the floor (an apartment building hallway floor) even though the leave it at the door option was not selected maybe knocking quickly and leaving before you are able to get your food not giving you the opportunity even if you wanted to, to tip ( which in hindsight is their loss) or make sure everything is accounted for

I’d like to report an issue with a Latino worker at Domino’s Pizza. He doesn’t seem to know how to do his job properly. I asked for the XL pizza deal for $12.99 that includes 1 free topping, but he told me the offer was no longer available because he didn’t know how to add the free topping. Last time, he charged me $15 and told me, “That’s the price,” even though I knew it wasn’t right. I went back another time and a young African American employee rang it up correctly for $13.65. This clearly shows that the Latino worker made a mistake, doesn’t understand the offers, and overcharged me unfairly.
