The pizza was perfect. No problems with quality. Walked in and said hello to associate making pizza, ignored completely, no worries, she was busy. Other lady never looked up from her phone, after 5 or 6 minutes I asked if I could just grab the pizza off the rack myself. She then handed it over with no words. Very odd. But they made a good pie

I've had quite a few issues with delivery from this store, and it just continues to get worse. Last time I ordered, my pizza box arrived smashed. Great! Reported issue, got compensation, life goes on. Today is a different story. To start, I was never alerted that a driver was headed my way. Then, while I was on the phone with my roommate, he said he was driving around the block because there was a random car blocking our driveway. I look out, they were blocking the entrance. Car leaves, and roommate shows up about a minute or two later... with our food. They left the food at the door. I did not request them to do that, and I've never had a driver do that post covid. Not only that, BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOCK. Had my roommate not showed up when he did, our food could've sat out for HOURS. Customers NEED to be alerted when a driver is coming, and when the food arrives, especially if you're just going to leave it at the door! Drivers need to not block customers driveways! Nothing can compensate this experience. I refuse to order from here again.

1 year of ordering here for Carryout. Pizza is always consistent to Domino's standard. Never had a negative customer service experience. There is usually a wait for pickup and they always seem short staff, so we practice patience for great pizza.

I placed an order and haven't received it. It's been at this branch for over an hour. If you place an order, the delivery driver will be delivering pizza to all areas, and your pizza will arrive cold. This is the second time I've ordered, and the last. I'm tracking my order on the app, and it says it's already been delivered, but I haven't received anything.

Would give it a 0 stars if I could have I tried to order on the app it gave me a error multiple times so I called in to a different dominos to order I was delivered from the location that gave me the error and the location I called I then called and spoke with someone about the issue and was told I should have called to make sure the order didn’t go through! like what it was an error and the order was still in my cart in the app what did I need to call and check they also wanted me to call the location that actually helped me and have them refund me my money when the issue wasn’t with them The delivery from the other location was amazing it is from the one on 82nd street by castleton mall in the pictures below you can see the difference in pizza thank you 82nd street manager Maxwell for taking care of us
