If you’re getting your pizza made by Cody, you’re better off just canceling the thing and making your own by hand. I ordered a simple Large pepperoni and pineapple pizza. Not only is the the pizza ice cold, but it looks like Cody was rationing on the toppings. There’s barely any cheese on the pizza as well. And there’s so much sauce on the pizza, you can tell the boy has a HEAVY HAND.

so I ordered loaded tots, immediately I notice total burntness all over the box. I tasted one tot in the store. the response I got was "oh it just the cheese the tots ate not burnt. So I took a step and asked again about how this looked. I was again reassured "our tots always look this this because of the cheese and we put our ovens on 400 degrees" I left. so for anyone out there wanting to give dominos loaded cheese tots a try, please be aware u will not having a nice melty cheese pull experience. burnt cheese will consume the entire dish. but dont worry its always like this! also if u order a handmade pan dont expect and sauce on your pizza. the description I was given was "all that red is sauce!!" what red?? what sauce!!!

I tried contacting the store directly, but after making it through the automated menu and then no one answering the phone for 2+ minutes I hung up. This was a carry out order and I was not going to do another 30 minute round trip + wait time. I ordered 2 large 1 topping pizzas and a medium pan cheese pizza. The pan pizza was so under cooked the middle was basically a doughy soup and we couldn't even pick up a piece. The one we tried to grab broke in half where the dough went full nope. See pic. Even the crust seemed only half baked. It was not edible. Then between the two large hand tossed pizzas, 6 out of the 16 pieces were mostly just massive blown up air bubbles. More than a third of the 2 pizzas was just air. To top it off, both were missing the garlic crust too. Clearly the "quality check" part either didn't happen, or standards are pretty low. Overall, just unacceptable.

Update::: on the 4th time calling they picked up and sent a remake to my house. Delivery driver had some attitude problems. Gave me a half dish of pasta instead of a full portion then couldn’t even pick up the phone.

We moved and we ordered delivery and then I realized what Domino's was dropping it off. I just knew something was going to happen. Sure enough the person dropped it off on our porch and didn't hand it to me. I specifically have it to where you have to hand it to me. They never rang the doorbell. They never knocked so I didn't even know that they were here because they could have called. They have my phone number! I just was curious and I go and check outside because the tracker is telling me that it's already been delivered 10 minutes prior and it's sitting on my porch now. It's ice cold! And I finally got somebody to answer because they don't like answering their phone there either. She put me on hold for 15 minutes. She just hung up on me. I wish there was a way that I could only have my pizzas coming from South Milwaukee on Rawson Ave. I should have learned my lesson from my other time writing a review 🤬🤬🤬 Our pizza was out for delivery at 9:08 and didn't get here until 9:52. It's ice cold! Got my free pizza and it was wrong! No toppings just burnt cheese! Our Twists taste like they were sitting on the heater for two days. Extremely chewy! I tried calling the store like the survey said only for them to hung up the phone all 6 times I called! I will be calling corporate on Monday. This was a complete waste of money. We got the new stuffed pepperoni cheese bread. It was over cooked and they never cut it. And the "curbside get it in under 2 mins or you get a free pizza" is false advertising. I sat for longer than the 2 minutes! The store after a minute stopped the timer and confirmed we got our pizza in under the 2 minutes. Why even have that if the store lies about it 🤬🤬🤬 Timer said they had until 6:03. They stopped it a minute in and brought it to me at 6:04 and it was missing items too. The last time we got pizza there the whole middle was missing.
