The delivery instructions said to text when here because my door buzzer is broken. Never got a text. Took forever to get here. I checked the app and saw the driver was nearby. Decided to go downstairs and found my order was left in a puddle the cold floor and the box was soaked and reeked of cigarettes. Pizza was ice cold. Tipped well in advance, too. Not anymore!

Highly annoyed I always asked for extra sauce on the pizza and for the pass three orders it been less than ever which is crazy let alone annoying cause I know they see the orders cause they see I ask for pepperoni on it all the time

I called on 6/9/2026 to modify an order that was placed 4 days ago. I brought in a company check processed and made out to Dominos (as I've always done for 3 years). I guy by the name of "Steve" answered the phone and was very sarcastic and condescending when answering my questions. Steve even hung up the line before the call ended when indeed he heard me asking another question. Out of ALL the years I've patronized this location, this is the FIRST time that I've been spoken to this way. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. If you're NOT people person, you shouldn't work in customer service!

They send wrong order I ordered melty -3 cheese tots and I don’t what make and just send me the wrong order I didn’t see any cheese on it that’s not good give customer what they ask for what they did order that’s not good customer service and when I called them and ask them and they don’t know how talk to customers if they have some issues 🙏🏻

i order here often and usually the food is fine. today however, i received wings that were drier than the Sahara Desert, when they were supposed to be hot buffalo wings
