The manager Sam was professional, respectful, and clearly cared about customer service. My order was handled quickly, everything was accurate, and the food was fresh and well made. You can tell good leadership makes a difference here. The team worked efficiently and created a welcoming atmosphere despite being busy. It’s always appreciated when a manager goes above and beyond to make sure customers leave satisfied. Thank you for the great service — keep up the good work!

I wish I took a photo. First, my buffalo chicken sandwich had almost no meat on it. I ate it and just chalked it up. Then, I open my pizza and I can see theiugh the cheese. I ordered extea pepperoni. But that wasnt extra pepperoni. They sold me a bald head pizza lol. This location used to be great but Ill pass from now on.

Picked up a pizza and salad and the salad was rancid and smelled when I opened the bag and got home. Called them and the lady there said our salad isn’t past expiration based on her boxes. I said well maybe he grabbed it from the garbage then I’m not a liar. Gen. Mgr said not sure what you want me to do about it I can give you a gift card for the salad and I said what am I supposed to eat now? Such terrible service I will never eat there again. If they can serve rotten salad what’s on the pizza then. Disgusting and such bad service!! Eat at your own risk!⚠️ ⛔️

Always the best from this store, they always deliver it fresh and hot tasty as heck made right every single time I will always order from this location never been disappointed. Big AZ thanks to those great people that work there!! Edit : just tried the stuffed crust pizza mine was the extravaganza and it did not disappoint the crust had good garlic flavor and was great dunked in marinara toppings were generous and delicious, I had some left over Buona beef in the fridge so I decided to cut the stuffed crust off 3 slices and laid them in a big bowl then I ladled in Italian beef with green peppers and onions and a good amount of au jus and the verdict is in its an awesome combination see pics should have topped each crust with marinara and it would have been perfect will do so next bowl I make bon apetit!!

My experience here was getting a notification that our order was delivered on our phone and when I called an hour later after we waited for a late delivery, the employee was rude and hung up on us when we were confused why the app said our pizza was delivered when it wasn’t. Then! Order got here with no phone call or any notification so we had to just keeping checking and hoping it wasn’t there. Also! Order was incorrect and we got two salads instead so of our soda liters that we ordered. If an order is gonna take three hours to get here, it would be nice if they called and let us know. That’s all! Grateful for the pizzas, of course!
