I had an issue with my Uber app tonight. Long story short, the young man that delivered to me was excellent and so was the food. Thank you for your hard work and dedication 👏.

Ordered online and when we got our pizzas we were extremely disappointed. Talked to the manage Janey on 35th capital not only was she listening and understanding. She personally remade my pizzas as they should have been and brought them out to the car to me. Not only were the pizzas GOOD AND SAUCY HER SERVICE WAS 5 STARS!!! Thank you Janey for being professional and understanding and turning a negative experience to a positive experience. See you again in the future!!!

My order was incorrect I did not get refunded for my foods at the price that I pay for on the Uber app. Into this date I am still not refunded for the food that I did not receive and that was missing and I talked with the manager who assured me that morning he was going to deliver it's still nothing so yes I still will be reporting this facility because they were wrong and I did contact the manager at the store personally spoken with him and he promised me he would deliver my food and my drink still nothing I'm still rebuttal in it and I don't feel like I worked hard for my money and pay for it at a price and then you're not going to reimburse me at the price that I paid for wrong answer. I'm a disabled veteran and I don't think I should have been mistreated in such a manner especially when I was promised something from the manager and you can eat and they both like and they both have not kept their word or contractually what needs to be happening of what of my of my funds you're not just going to take my money putting it in your pocket do you want to refund me a percentage but I pay for. I worked hard to retire the same as I did. So yes they both needs to be Domino's the manager and Uber ... needs to be reported along with Uber eats!!! GCA

This was a really frustrating experience from start to finish 😤. I clearly requested for the food to be left at my door, but instead the driver decided to call me while I was in the shower 🚿📞. I had to rush out, soaking wet and out of breath, just to answer the phone. Instead of being understanding, the driver got annoyed because I couldn’t respond properly, and then just left with my pizza 🍕😳. I couldn’t believe it! To make things worse, the store didn’t answer any of my calls, so I had no choice but to file a dispute through my credit card company 💳. Overall, this was a terrible experience with zero consideration for the customer. Definitely not the kind of service anyone expects or deserves 😞.

I placed an order for delivery. Items were missing. There is no way to reach the restaurant. Nor can you complain or make them aware of the situation because they never answer s their phone. They desire 0 stars!!! Very poor customer service.
