This is the nastiest domino's in the city. I placed my order online at this North Ave location by mistake. I called to tell them there was a metal object embedded in my pizza & the illiterate managers response was "nobody where's jewelry here". I said a metal object & the cashier did have on earrings. Needless to say, I emailed corporate & will NEVER order dominoes again!!! I don't like extra toppings that I didn't order & aren't edible!

Food is never done on time. Girl at the counter is rude. Ordered at 6:25 order went in at 6:30 the girl said the order was being made. At 7:08 got a notification the order was just not being put in the oven they say oh it just came through. Instead of just saying they didn’t have it at the moment. Terrible service. Rude workers. This is always happening at this specific location

If I could rate ZERO stars I would !! My pizza had to be made twice .. The second time I went in she said “ what’s wrong now “ I said “ it’s pineapples all over and not on one side “ she said “ oh well we not making it over pick them off “ ?! Not knowing if I’m allergic to pineapples or not . I guess because she offered a free soda after the first mess up the second mess up was supposed to be looked over !! To not cause conflict I left . But I will not be returning and will be having a conversation with the higher up ! As in the pictures it is made wrong , she repeated the order more then 3times for us to still receive the wrong thing and be forced to eat something when we spent our money that we worked for on something we did not want !

When it comes to Delivery they seem to lack priority. I live about 1/2 mile away so tell me why it takes between 45min to 75min to deliver my order. You would think they would start with the closest customer and work their way around accordingly. If they put thought into it the drivers would get a better tip the faster the customer receives their order.

I haven’t used them in a very long time and it’s probably a reason why. I ordered a extra cheese, extra sauce pizza with steak and green peppers and onions. But Not one piece of steak on the pizza. The only reason I gave a two star instead of one is because they actually have good tasting cheese and sauce. Presentation was poor, pizza obviously got smashed on the ride here. Good pizza is hard to find these days.
