Worst experience I've ever had. Won't answer the phone. Will be doing a chargeback with this order. It ordered a medium pizza and got a pizza soup 🤮

Don't order here. None of my specifcations were considered. I asked for square cut, new York style pizza with extra sauce and light cheese. The only thing they did right was the toppings. Comes off like thats all they read from the order aside from the size. In fact the sauce was so light it looks more like dry cheesy bread. I dont understand how in a store that was clearly not busy considering it looked abandoned when I walked in, with no orders being actively made or waiting aside from my own, would mess up so much. But I guess just general lack of care would be the answer to that.

It’s 10pm, They took my order, app told me it was completed and when I pulled up to the location it was closed. Online hours say it’s open, their door sign say it should be open. Just annoyed they even took my order.

I ordered delivery, 2 chicken parm sandwiches, they both came way overcooked, and literally only had 4 small square pieces of chicken. There were 2 bites worth of chicken on the entire thing. Ive called several times and they wont answer the phone. Edit: I called from a different number, pretended like I was doing a new order on the auto machine, finally someone answered, when I told them my issue, they hung up on me. I had to drive down there, to get my issue resolved. What absurd service. I paid a tip, and delivery fees, to have to drive there anyway to get my stuff proper.

Edit: The manager Falon called me back, they have a weird system that they are all still getting used to and are trying their best to manager with only two drovers and her on the line to make the food with a constant cusromer flow. I am am assistant manager in Albuquerque nm for dominos, and mever would i ever let my store employees be this messed up towards customers. I placed an order for my handicap father who lives there in wisconsin and has no one, over two hours ago for delivery. He waited and waited outside for this driver when the order said it was in his neighborhood and it never came. I called and spoke to the manager there and she said when her driver Adrian got back that she would re make my father's order and have him take it back. This company is supposed to WOW! Their customers, but it seems they thought that meant "wow, I regret ever doing business with them" and now they won't even answer to at least give me a refund
