There was a problem with the pizza and they offered to remake the order and give me the original one. Now I have two when I paid for one! This place is always busy and I still get good customer service.

I’m disappointed with the quality of the pizza. It’s mainly dough and sauce! Seven pieces of peppers, little cheese, one can of cheap black olives, and six pieces of beef? No, I won’t be ordering again.

Disappointed in the customer service. Had an issue with online ordering and called the store. The initial employee i spoke too was really nice but was newer and didn't have the answer I needed... manager CHASE was too good to speak to me though and refused to come to the phone to answer my question and made the other employee apologize on his behalf. Unacceptable. Poor leadership. Poor management.

I’m not sure if this is a legitimate complaint but I went in there and I paid cash for my food and my total was $19.01 I give the kid $20.05 and then he gives me back the nickel and counted out $.99 from the other register. Not sure if that’s a complaint or not, but I wanted my dollar bill and I asked him why he didn’t just give me a dollar bill and he said oh your change is $.99 🤔. I’m not a math wiz but……… 🤔

This pizza shop has been getting our order wrong on multiple occasions. Today was no different. I rarely do reviews but this experience and service has been horrible. The pizza presentation is not presentable at all. Today will be our last day ordering from this location.
